Default question for w/r build

i am a warrior ranger using a sword. i know i want to have beast mastery, but what other attributes should i put points in?

also, this is alittle of topic but, can you charm a black bear in pre searing? if so, which is the best way to do it? usually, when i use charm on a black bear it usues a spell to break the charm immideatly.
