Seriously...I hate them so much! They have infinite mana, absurd armor (they take less damage that Jade Armors from my bow attacks!?), spam Orison of Healing endlessly, and generally show up right next to another boss that's actually a damage dealer.

I can't kill them except by dumb luck! I spam Distracting Shot at them and HOPE that I can catch their Orison (I've never managed to do it when I see them casting). However, when I do, my party and I can never bring them down before it comes back. Then, when it does come back, they spam-heal themselves back to full! It takes at least 2 consecutive disables to bring them down.

How do you guys, especaially you non-Rangers and non-Mesmers, deal with these things!?

A simple one would be to use knockdowns. Meteor shower, gale, hammer warriors, those would all help. Maelstrom is even better, it absolutely murders PvE caster types since they never get out of its AoE.

And no, they don't have infinite energy (though they still do have quite a bit), and the only reason you do less is because as a monk, it has shielding hands, which reduces quite a bit of damage. Enchantment removal really helps because they have the elite that increases effectiveness of heals (The name escapes me at the moment)

I find the best strategy against them is to get the monk boss and whatever they spawned with in a small group and use Area spells, since the monk will either spend more time healing itself and let them die, or spend more time healing them and it will die. As Red Locust said, meteor shower and maelstrom work wonders.

Meteor, followed up by meteor shower to keep them on the ground. If you have 2 ele's with shower that's even better.

Strip off the Aura of Faith, Distract / Diversion / interrupt the Orison. It's that simple. Really, they're just a simple test - does your team have any strategic depth whatsoever, or are you just one big pack of damage dealers? If no one on your team has learned basic strategy that boss is going to be a real pain.

Yep. Since they'll be coming in pairs (later if not sooner), the best strategy is to lock down the healing boss with interrupts/diversions/arcane thf and take down the other boss by normal means. Usually having one Mes or Mes sub assigned to the healer boss is sufficient to stop it from really doing anything.

As for the monk boss try using choking gas, keep the prep up and keep the arrows on the boss.

I did abbadons mouth with my monk and henchies. That boss was a pita but I eventually beat it by switching to mesmer secondary and diversioning/backfiring him.

Rangers don't suck if you know how to play them - which evidently many people don't, judging by the amount of sh!t people say about them.
All classes have their strengths and weaknesses, and it takes a different kind of person to master each class. Anet wouldn't put in a class if it didn't have its uses in whatever situation

So if you don't like rangers or being a ranger, fine, but don't say that rangers suck because you're just plain wrong.

Best solution I've seen so far is Diversion. I think Orison is the only healing spell the Mursaat monk bosses use, so it's quite easy to shut them down for a long time.

I know you asked for non-Mesmers and non-Rangers. Unfortunately my advice is going to include them. Surely one person on your team is a Mesmer secondary. For that mission have them bump up Domination to around level 8 or higher and equip Backfire and Arcane Echo. Cast Echo and then Backfire while people are attacking the monk. Echo becomes Backfire, so when it ends, cast the copied Backfire and the monks die quick... very quick... like under 20 seconds quick. That's what I did for all the Mursaat missions with my Monk/Mesmer.

Also, I have never seen a Mursaat use Mend Ailment, so Poison (Nec or Ranger) should do well.

On a side note, I am having tremendous success with the second character I'm going to take through the game, a Mesmer/Ranger. Awesome interrupter/caster camper.

Should you have a pure Mesmer or a secondary one with enough free skill bars, you can equip Shatter Delusions and remove Backfire right before it ends for more damage. Just don't be an idiot and count aloud like I did because the people on Vent start to really wonder what the hell you're doing.

Ah, as I was about to hit enter I got some more advice. Hammer warrior with knockdowns and maybe a Furious upgrade, but I think someone mentioned that already.
