Default Fissue questions for war/el build.

Ive never been down to the fissue. Im an experianced player and am quite good with all my builds. Ive finnished the game with 3 chars: my war/el, mo/mes and el/nec. I would like to know from people with fissue experiance on what i should do with my war char.

Current War build:
War/el character
10 air
11 str
12 sword
5 tactics
(4 attr left over)

I like going either air or earth. I currently like air cause of the knock downs i can do. I also use Glimering mark elite. When i hit an enemy with my lightning damage sword i blind him and all foes around him for 3 seconds. Refreshing the blind on everyone everytime i hit him, which imo rocks against melee battles. My question is: Are there more melee fighting or spell casters down there? Blind also works against rangers too, right?

Tell me about the underworld and a good build to bring in. I wanna join a pub and be the best i can be. I want to go in prepared both character wise and knowing what to expect.

Its really quite dependent upon your teams build for what is needed in UW or FS.

However, if your going in with a PUG into UW as a warrior you can expect to be taking some bad hits from the Blade Axese (the 2 shot on casters, 3 shot on warriors). If you can keep them blind during that time with GM then you should be fine. If you can't then your going to need to pack some defensive skills.

In fissure you might have a problem with your mark getting removed, I think the monks down there smite them, but I don't really bring hex builds so I'm not 100% sure there.

Anyway, let us know how it goes.

My W/E ignores his E and runs 13 Strength, 16 Axe and 9 Tactics. Enchantments in Fissure are somewhat useless as they all get stripped. The enemies also have signficant AC so you really need high str/weapon skill to hit them for anything. They also have a lot of armor ignoring/penetrating attacks so stuff like Armor of Earth isn't really worth using either. The best "tank" for fissure is probably a W/R with high tactics and wilderness using some blocking stances, throw dirt, dust trap, and troll.

Air is pointless for a warrior, IMO. Only thing you can really do is blind, and possibly knockdown with gale(which causes exhaustion)

Earth is better. If you go hammer Your set up can be. (This build is good for PvE and PvP. You take damage faster, but you deal it back. If you dont have noob monks you should be fine.

I am- 15-Hammer,12-Strength,6-Earth. You can take some out of strength or hammer, and put it into tactics, to get some stances for defense. Up to you. Stances are good but i don't like to use them. This is basically a Knock Down/Aftershock build.

Counter Blow
Hammer Bash
Crushing Blow
Irresistible Blow
Back Breaker (Earthquake-If, gladiators armor for more energy)
Mighty Blow
Aftershock
Rez Signet

Earth shaker would be a better pve choice as the knockdown warrior is more of a single target orientated character style. PvE typically potentially throws too great of numbers at the party to make good use of it. Also there are other ways to knock down groups of static opponents more than once, which makes the purpose of a knockdown warrior kinda obscelete. Typically for pve a warrior focused in tactics is more useful for occupying the monsters than killing them. A balance can be found between defense and offense, but the defense in pve is more important.
