I would think the necro would want to bring some more enchant removal along with Natures Renewal.

BTW where's the rez?

You make it seem like people have to go out of their way to bring Aegis and melee ward into PvP. It doesn't require luck at all when you apply some common sense into your build while putting it together..... And god forbid someone put 8 points into illusion for soothing or sympathetic.

My sword warrior has no problems in PvP. I was a hammer, and love it btw, but I use a sword tactics warrior if I play my war at all. Love Glad defense or ViM, balanced stance+Desperation Blow...and plenty other skills I mix around to test builds....those are my constants.

One would think that with hexes and echantments all being nullified by NR that Swords would become more effective due to some of their condition causing status effects...

Quick Question: does bleed stack (ie if two warriors sever artery the same person = 10 pips degen) or does it just renew the length of time of the bleed condition?

Conditions, hexes and enchantments of the same name dont stack, with only the highest skill one taking priority.

Ack didn't see the sword in there. I don't like sword because of the low damage that is put out from everything but Galrath/Final (<-- MY opinion). Axe warriors are better in my opinion because they can consecuatively put out +42 damage. A W/R sword warrior (Tiger's fury...Mmmm) would be good, I just prefer axes.

Sword warriors are harder to use than axe; they put out less overall dps but because of galrath and especially final thrust they can adrenaline spike very effectively, something axes can't do as well at. It does require a fair bit of coordination with the team though.

To the OP: Wow, it was really nice of that team to let you know everything they used to beat you with!

Well... It isn't all luck. Call it an educated guess. When the trend is Air Spike, you bring things that counter that. Then after you win for 12 matches, you come up against one whacko group that had a few Axe Warriors, and suddenly you lose one. When it becomes cool to play a Warrior in Tombs again (soon, I hope), people will bring the right counters.

I like the build (even if I suspect you built it instead of fought it...), but I would want to include a few interupts. Just swap out a couple shouts for interupts on two of the W/Ns. Distracting Blow and Disrupting Chop. I like the DB myself, because it is AoE, but I usually carry both since the recharge is long, and I'm swinging away inbetween anyway. ::Shrugs::

The 3 monk rule is practically gospel, and this team defies it in the most blatant way imaginable. And it succeeds!

Awesome.

We've been running this build for a while. Your guess isn't half bad, but it does seem to be missing some of the more important parts of the build (that, or you faced someone that was using a knockoff)... it's a very fun build to play, but it's very dependent on teamwork, which makes me think that it might not become as popular as some of the previous gimmick builds that everyone was using. Fear Me is interesting - I don't think we've run that yet (though we were considering it), so this must be a knockoff. Good to know we're not the only people having fun murdering spirit spammers.

I'm not sure why you think this build is good... but then again, you did say you were running spirit spam. If that's your idea of a solid build, I'm not surprised EW steamrolled.
