i just ascended and i found out about the 15 attribute quests

where do i get them and any tips on how to do em?

There are two of these quests:

1) Talk to someone in Destiny's gorge (a town in the desert). The quest is called "The Forgotten Ones".

2) talk to Vanji in Droknar's Forge. She will tell you to go to some towns in the crystal desert. After you have been to these towns you need to do one of the quests that will let you change your secondary proffession. After doing this quest. Talk to Vanji again and she will give you the attribute point quest called "The Heroe's Challenge"

Actually, each involves a subquest followed by the attribute test. And they start in Destiny's Gorge and Droknar's Forge respectively.

Destiny's Gorge- Talk to Anelle Fipps to get The Forgotten Ones quest. Seek out Sariss Yassith in Skyward Reach. From Destiny's Gorge, leave the western exit and go south through the centaurs. Jump through the teleporter to easily reach Sariss. Who will then give you The Forgotten Wisdom quest. Seek out Siliss Yassith in the Arid Sea. He can grant you special insight that will allow you to take better advantage of your own skills. Warp to Dunes of Despair and approch the end point from the southwest. That is the quickest way to get this quest reward.

Droknars Forge- Talk to Vanyi to get the Hero's Journey quest. Visit or revisit the outposts of Destiny's Gorge, Hero's Audience, and Seeker's Passage in the Crystal Desert. Note that all you need to do for this quest is visit the outposts. This quest leads to the second 15 attribute point quest Hero's Challenge. She'll send you to see Sanyi whi is right outside the Copperhammer Mine. Follow Sanyi, Kill Monsters, Then Sanyi turns into a bad guy, Then kill her. Go Collect your reward from Vanyi. I think you might have to have done one of the secondary changing quest to get this also. (Although you don't have to actually change your secondary.)
