It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

dont feel no pain Forge Runner Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Uk,Wales	help on the longer lasting enchantments ok i'm confused on what is what say i get balthzrars aura and put in on therefore it last 10 secs now if i added a axe grip of enchanting at 10% longer it would last 11 secs now to et the 12 secs hmm 20% longer can be pricy , but would it need to be 20% or can it just be 15% then rounds up from 11.5 secs to 12??? help

Ollj Jungle Guide Join Date: May 2005	im pretty sure that it doesnt get rounded at all, and if you wont be able to measure. if baltasars aura lasts 11,5 seconds the enchantment helps dwainas kiss .... for 1,5 seconds but the enchantment only attacks every full second. Pik uR BuM Ascalonian Squire Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: aussieland	Balthzrars aura attacks every second...so if its like you say 11.5 seconds, it will only hit the opponent 11 times. 20% longer is pricy for enhantments on weapons. But if you want it increase it you can always cast Blessed Aura(10%-35%) before you cast Balthzrars aura, which will stack up upon the 10% enchanting you already have. If you cant then the best option is to pay price for the extra 10% or so.
