One of our guildies has a healer monk/war that is just awesome against kd warriors. He eats them alive. I'll have to get his build and post it here for ya.

My 2 cents:

Many have said that it depends on the opponents build or if they are protection monks I do one thing... etc.

In CA, unless you know the opponent personally, by the time you have figured out their build, you have already called someone.

I'm prepared to go on record with a blanket statement. Call and attack the Monk first. But... be prepared to switch. Chances are, a Monk is as good at healing/protecting someone else as they are at healing/protecting themselves, so from that regard it doesn't matter who you attack first. But once the Monk is gone, the others die easier. If they don't go down, and it's obvious that you are wasting effort on them, switch. Hopefully this is recognizable in the first 10-15 seconds. A lot of good protection spells have long recharge times, and switching targets could mean that someone useless is fully protected while your new target is practically defenseless.

I will add the caveat though, that while the team should focus on the called target, many individual builds should distract an alternate. If there are two Monks and you can Blackout one of them while your 3 teammates kill the other, you are my friend. I often play this sort, however if you are on a team with more than one like this, you are almost certainly doomed to failure.
