Well, I have had this game since I started and have beat the game on 3 PvE chars. I just now decided to start getting into PvP. Well the second I get to tombs I notice all these Iway group going on. So, I faction farm and get the skills I need for an orders necro. The job seemed easy enough. I hopped into a team that didn't need a rank to get in and we won 3 matches before losing in the hall. After that I have still yet to find a group that isn't rank 3+. May I please ask how I can get rank 3 if I can't get into a group in the first place? I have tried to start my own groups, Iway and balanced but all of them fail because no one even knows how to use thier skill bar. I just don't get what the big deal with rank is. It is pointless. I have to get rank 3 to join groups, but I can't join groups without rank 3. This whole system is just flawed and either needs to be restarted or just taken out completely. What are your thoughts on all this?

Stop playing IWAY, because its a joke, join a good PvP based guild (any non-scrub guild wont have a rank requirement) and tomb with GOOD players.
