Necro Interupter.... Hmm i would guess they wanted a ranger with a cold damage bow that cast spinal shivers on target so that every bow hit (that hit) would interupt.

I would guess that it's just simply something like Basic interrupt ranger with necro skills like CC for corpse control and other things. Cus other than spinal shiver, the only interrupt skill that a necro has I think is that new skill in factions that interrupt attacking. (it's in soul reaping attribute I think)

Usually though, it's better to just ask the group what build they want if you see something strange like this.

I think Spinal Shivers would work much better with N/R though, seeing as at only 12 curses you're going to be spending alot of energy interrupting them...

Spinal Shivers, Icy Bow String, Marksman's Wager. That'll take care of your energy problem. Use some attacks like Called Shot, etc... You could even carry winter so your warriors or other physical damagers could interrupt too. Marksman's Wager would take care of any energy problems pretty easily.

Just don't miss.

in 12v12 against the Luxons i ran a R/N ...

Oath Shot [Elite]
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
Consume Corpse
Dodge
Nature's Renewal
Edge of Extinction
Energizing Wind

The goal of the build is to balance the field. The EoE and CC holds down the uprising of MM necros. The EW takes care of spell spammers, like monks and flareway mesmers and the such. The NR kills most current monk builds, as well as the W/Mo you see running around, it also assists to slow down mesmer and necro hexers. Basically the goal is to make everyone swing their weapons at each other with no other support. I was wondering how well it would work, but after 17 straight wins on Kurzick side it seemed to work decent. I cannot say that I was the sole reason for the win, the build doesnt kill anything. I can say though that before I ran this build the boon prot monks and mm necros were going nuts, after this build there were 0 minion armies and the W/Mo paladins running around before were on spirit patrol. My Oath Shot guaranteed that I can spam the spirits as fast as people could kill them. Eventually they started killing me instead but I would just rezz up and start laying again.
