Default A balanced build.

Quite a standard build:

Features

Disruption: Shock, Hammer KDs, Distracting blow
Enchantment removal: Well of the Profane, 2x Drain Enchantment, Gaze of Contempt
Hex removal: Convert Hexes, 2x Holy Veil, 2x Inspired Hex, 1x CoP
Condition removal: Mend Condition, Restore Condition, CoP, Mend Ailment
Pressure-capablities: Arcane Langour, Energy Denial, Disease, KDs from hammer shock and bull's strike, Conditions
Snares/anti-kiting: Axe Rake, Bull's Strike, Shock.
Spiking Cababilities: Surge and Burn with Eviscerate + Executioners + Shock and Devastating + Feirce Blow +Irrisistable Blow (Total dmg is ~ 530ish, I think)
Anti-Spike:2x CoF, 1x Infuse Health,1x CoP (with 3 enchantments 70x3 = 210 which gives the healer time to heal up)

A few things:

1) What is the point of having Death's Charge on the hammer war? Is this skill actually useful to you? Also, I would recommend putting Crushing Blow on the hammer war to inflict Deep Wound, unless you plan to always coordinate adrenal spikes with the axe war. Hammer Bash would be nice as well, as one of the main reasons to play a hammer war is for the knockdowns.

2) You don't have a self-heal on your Infuser. I'd take either Healing Touch or Orison.

3) You only have one enchant removal other than Profane. This might be OK, but I generally like to take at least a couple enchant removals.

4) You have three corpse explotation skills on the necro, which is probably more than you need. Maybe drop Well of Suffering for a Ward of Stability?

5) The Blessed Light monk looks like he might have energy problems. Blessed Light is a nice spell, but it's not as energy efficient as Word of Healing. Since you're already running taints, you might consider running Healing Light instead, although this doesn't have the advantage of removing hexes and conditions.

6) You don't have a mass hex removal. This isn't strictly necessary, as hex heavy teams don't seem all that common, but it's generally a good idea to include a Convert or a Purge Signet in your build somewhere.

Other than that, looks like a good build.

As for the RC Prot, I'd suggest the original RC Prot build :

Attrabutes:
Divine Favor : 12+1+3
Protection Prayers : 8+1
Inspiration : 10

Reversal of Fortune
Guardian
Mend Condition
Signet of Devotion
Contemplation of Purity
Holy Veil
Mantra of Recall
Divine Boon

Blessed could also consider a few modifications

Blessed Light
Gift of Health
Reversal of Fortune
Signet of Devotion
Protective Spirit
Mend Condition
Channeling
Power Drain

Soul Wedding's build, but it seemed to work great with me in GvG, I did a bit of modification on it though, and I can't remember the attrabutes, so you might want to mess around with that also.

Why do you have a major rune and a superior rune (+4 uses the headpiece, so +2 is a major) on your Blessed Light monk? You have the same issue of a +4 and a +2 on every non-warrior. Did you accidentally calculate in with two headpieces or something?

I agree with Crispy on the lack of crushing blow. "A Warrior without the ability to apply deep wound is a wasted Warrior" comes to mind (quote courtesy of JR-).

Lack of a self-heal on the Infuse seems weak, even if you're not usually using it.

I'd have the mesmer take Drain Enchantment and the SB/Infuse Inspired Hex.
Also Well of Suffering really isn't that good, Consume Corpse would be better.

I disagree with CrispyCritter, 3 corpse exploitation skills are exactly what you need : you use Putrid Explosion when you're high on energy, Consume Corpse when you're low, and Well of the Profane only when needed (i.e.: Altars, against Smiters, Bonders, etc).

You're right I realize most of my characters don't need the major, but for the tainted I prefer 10 Soul Reaping, and on the E-surger I need it for "loose 8 energy". Anyways I have read your comments and have taken them into account, and made a few changes of my own too.
