I forgot all about the vimway aspect. There is nothing worst then having your team camping a ward when the trappers come in setup a barbed trap and then they start to chain there flame traps causing the people to have multiple seconds of 10 degen which in time causes tons of damage.

The metagame has a pretty big effect on this. In a metagame heavy in adrenal spike, Melee is the clear winner because any target of an adrenal spike is KDed. If there is a lot more pressure teams around with AoE damage (ie: smiting), Foes can be a better choice because there is less need to camp in it.

I would bring both, but if I had to choose, Melee in gvg, Foes in HA.
