Or you could just dump your faction, play one AB round, and go talk to him.

Damn! A miracle! I actually agree with Kakumei on something.

The only quibble I have with ANet is that the change the rules of the game every so often. In this case the line was very static and PvE people got used to it. Now it's swinging wildly and PvE people are having trouble adjusting. People will perceive something as unfair in a game if the rules are changed midway through the game. That's just what happened here.

The rules--regarding ownership, and how it works--aren't changing; it's always been this way. It's just only recently that these rules were actually put into practice with the alteration of how easy it now is for the line to shift.

Though I agree with many people in the thread: it's more annoying than it is interesting, imo.

Then do a couple rounds of Aspenwood, a quest or two, etc.

All you need is more Kurzick faction than Luxon and they'll talk to you.

I gained Luxon Faction (I'm Kurzick) right outside of Vasburg by bribing the priest. Don't have to AB to get faction, you just don't get alot of it.

i agree, Ab battles are a waste of time...unless you like going to the same spots over and over, and fighting with sissy losers, who try and trick people to logg off. The down side is that theres hardly anyone at Jade quarry or Fort wuteveritis, so im stuck fighting with the sissy losers...
