Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Shadow Shroud, as hexes can be removed. If you want something that's harder to counter, I would consider using knockdowns and/or Blackout to disable the monks while spiking.

For the wars, I'm honestly not a huge fan of Backbreaker, as it seems like it just takes too long to charge. That said, you do have To the Limit!, and Backbreaker is a nice spike skill, so it might work. Irresistable is nice since it can't be blocked/evaded, but Migthy Blow or Fierce Blow (if you're using Dev. Hammer) would be more damage, and you really want to max out your damage in a spike.

I think your first hammer war might have trouble managing his energy, and possibly the second hammer war as well. Remember that wars only have 2 pips of energy, which equates to 40 energy per minute. You can increase this with a Zealous mod, but Zealous mods aren't really very good for hammers. Running five skills that use energy on a hammer guy may simply be too much, especially if you're not running Auspicious.

I'm not sure about your mesmer bar, but it looks pretty poor. Enduring Toxin sucks, and even if it didn't you'd need at least two characters at the stand spamming hexes if you expect them to stick. Personally I'd make this guy a straight Dom. mesmer, and just use Shatter to assist on the spike.
Either that, or have this guy use Blackout on the off monk while your hammer wars knock down the monk they're spiking.

I will mention that I think this guy's atts. are way too spread out. Try to focus on no more than 3-4 attributes to avoid spreading them too thin.

Don't put Aegis on a Blessed Light monk.

Also, be careful about running Superior runes on monks (and other casters), as it makes them easier to spike.

Your necro build is terrible, and even if it weren't, it doesn't fit in a spike build. Death necros are useful for pressure builds, especially builds that run pets, but the death necro premade is much better than this. I'm assuming that the reason you're running Taints is for the synergy with Healing Light, but that's not really a good enough reason.

Better to run something other than Healing Light, for example running a Boon Prot, or even another Blessed Light, or even a Word of Healing guy (not that I'd recommend a healing monk in GvG), than to run a Tainted simply for the synergy with Healing Light.

If you really want a necro for some odd reason, make him a blood necro, and give him skills that would actually be useful for spiking, such as Shadow Strike and Vamp Gaze. I suppose having Order of Pain would actually be useful for a mixed spike, especially with a high spec in Blood, but be aware that it will make it really obvious when you're going to spike.

Shadow shroud doesn't really work now due to the prevalence of BL monks. It rocked boonprots, but the BL monk just needs to use BL to remove the hex and give a good heal, or just heal through it with GoH.

Your warriors need a second stance to cancel Frenzy. I recommend Rush or Dash.

I agree that Shadow Shroud doesn't work as well anymore. Since you're running a Me/A with a spare elite (if Shadow Shroud is out), you might as well go with Aura of Displacement and Blackout, or Death's Charge/Recall and Blackout. It's a bit fragile for the former, since a keen eye will strip you, but it's unstoppable if the Blackout is pulled off, unlike Shadow Shroud.
