Default hex removal vs. condition removal

i'm making a new healing monk build. after all the necessary skills im down to 2 skill slots left. i put an energy management spell in the one but cant decide whether to put a hex removal or a condition removal in the other slot.

what do you think is more important to have in an alliance battle?

Simple Hex removal, hexes are much more dangerous than condiction, however, it also depends on who you fighting.

PvE - Condiction, Almost every monster has it!

Allaince - hexes, everyone likes hexes!

For example if you are fighting a team that has a ranger, another ranger, necromancer and mesmer. Mesmer can easily hurt you from healing your team. The ranger can also interupt, so if the necro or mesmer cast any slow casting time, your team is screwed. The necro can also cast degen spells.

On the otherhand, if you are fighting a ranger. And its you and a tank vs. a ranger can use Throw Dirt to blind the tank while the ranger attacks you. You can heal yourself and the tank, plus blind and daze don't last very long this includes in some cases.

Condictions = Last a little longer, not as leathal. Can "prevent" casting, little but long degen and "prevent" attacking. The preventage last short, but makes you useless during the duriation

Hexes = Sometimes shorter, kind of leathel. Can "hurt" casting and attacks and has serious degen. The damage can be leathal for doing attacks or casting, but you can also do neither so you don't do damage. BUT this also stops you from attacking, so its a lose lose situation. Hexes are the better choise cause they can hurt, a lot!

I would suggest Blessed Light, removes heses and conditions, but it takes up an elite.

one more thing... is FRISCO still the leader of WEST?

More details on the current contents of your build would be nice, i.e. provide some insight as to whether or not you can afford to sacrifice a different skill to get both.
