What is "cookie cutters"?

ive been seeing this term being used quite often...

A cookie cutter, usually refers to a type of build, most of the time it means one that is easy to play and effective.

cookie cutter 

a device, usually of metal, for cutting shaped forms, as circles or stars, for cookies from dough that has been rolled flat.

–adjective

1. having the same configuration or look as many others of a given kind; identical: rows of cookie-cutter houses.

2. lacking individuality; stereotyped or formulaic: a novel filled with cookie-cutter characters.

Basically it's a term for a build everyone knows, plays or can play. It's a standard.
