Default Rate this "balanced-smite" build

ok going from [DeeR]'s concept of the single sin triple smite, i decided to put this together its worked quite well for me and my guild and it sure is easy to run, the only thing really important is as always, is comunication between the Sin and the 2 smiters

http://www.gwshack.us/cccf1

the "alternative" list in the bottom is to replace either the migraine mesmer, the Crip shot or both... so far i have come up with 5 diffrent combinations that should work:
1.)the "current" build minus the "cripshot" and "migraine" for the "Wanderlust" and "linebacker" for splitting capabilities (split would be the sin 2 smiters and 1 blight
2.)the "current" build minus the "cripshot" for the "air support" for move able defence and added damage
3.)the "current" build minus the "migraine" for the "hard Flame" for added pressure and replacing the FC hard rez
4.) the "current" build minus "migraine" and "cripshot" for "hard flame" and "air support"
5.)the "current" build minus "cripshot" for the "linebacker" for added pressure and extra person to smite on also good for defending the backline

those are just some of the diffrent variables i could think off right now... so far the best 1 we have ran is the current build because we have yet to run the others

thank you for your input in advance

Anything plausable in HA will be less plausable in GvG, such as Smite + Sin and I hope to god he dosent have Frenzy.

I couldnt see the build in gwshack for some reason..its prolly because of these crappy school computers.

Anyway..take sins out and use wars. Less squishy.

Yes....he does have frenzy LOL Best part: he doesn't have a cancel stance.
Use the "linebacker" warrior you made in the 'alternatives' section instead of the sin, or just use a normal shock axe.
What's with the Life Barrier smiter? why barrier the sin and not the monks?
I'd take the elementalist i/o the 3rd smiter, because I am a fan of meteor shower ever since iQ showed its true power at VoD, and because if you don't your build entirely relies on the sin to do dmg. (the smited indirectly come off the sin as well)

My best advice is to stop running gimmick and run plain ol' ballance until you learn the metagame and the function of GvG.

You were in [TARD] so I know you have alot of HA experience but I dont know what kind of GvG experience your group has as a whole. If I had to guess I would bet that your guild has an average of r300 guild experience, if not higher. Why do I think this? The build speaks for its self and please dont take that the wrong way. Im not dissing you or your guild, I'm just trying to make my point.

Take baby steps before you decide to try and crawl.

RenO ran crazy gimmick but they did it in an intelligent way that reflected a vast amount of experience and knowledge of the meta. You dont have to be restricted to a 4 melee build or the cookie cutter 2war,2me,2emo,2mo ballance but it is a damn good place to start.

your comments are well taken, buy a guildy of mine posted this on the iQ forum and they said they liked it? and gimmick?? how is it a gimmick? tell me pls i mean who uses dual smite with life barrier and 1 aoe honestly?? and yes dual smite is a gimmick but that gimmick is ran with thumpers usually or a warrior. i guess muppet since u cant see the build u cant really tell, but this is a really modded smite. the reason for the life barrier is to sort of cancel out the double dmg caused by frenzy, and their is a stance cancel... its dash... so i guess that should awnser most of those comments the linebacker is more of a defensive character and and yes i was in TARD we had plenty of top 100 experience with our bspike for you comment as us having we have alot of HA experience, its actually the other way around and again about the life barrier

for the dmg solely on the sin, the Migraine degen and the crip shot gives alot of pressure too its not just smite and the melee for the sin you do gotta admit this has alot of synergy the flag runner snares the whole group so sin can jump right in middle, while migraine and crip shot deliver more pressure ie. hex and condition degen

See the problem with the Migraine Mesmer is that because he's the only hex-dude in there, he'll be rendered useless against a team with a single copy of Expel (which many teams do run), and he'll have a hard time against regular teams too, with Blessed Light as popular as it is right now.

Keep frenzy on the assassin. It's hard to kill an assassin in frenzy when hes getting smited off of by 2-3 people. I could critique more but I'm to lazy.

gg I'm glad some random nubs approved of this pwnage build.

Please tell me why I should even answer the question: Why is it considered gimmick? Hmmm I dunno?! Have you seen assasins used in the front line effectively against top100 let alone win vs any decent team? I cant recall a time. Maybe you've been let in on some very secret thing about assasins in the front line that I dont know about. Please tell.

I wont even comment on your response the the TARD thing. I can barely understand what your trying to say.

All in all go ahead and try the build and see how far it gets you.

btw dont ask for peoples opinions and advice if you are gonna reject them if the person dosent agree with the build youve made.

Dont ask for opinions if you cant handle them.

Do you really think you need Empathetic Removal? I mean, it's a nice skill but you already have Blight! Better use an offensive elite there imo.

oh yeah, well originally i had the boon prot switched with the blight but i forgot to take out empahtic thx for pointing that out

now that i think about it, maybe the blight can hang back with the defensive too what u think about that or is that too much for the defense

I'd keep the Blight in offense, because in a split situation where your monk is the only monk on the squad, he's going to be the prime target even more than usual. The boon/prot has better self-defense than the Blight imo so I'd keep him in the defensive.
