You want an Enraged Lunge Thumper? Here's a pretty straight-forward cookie-cutter version. Role is the same as you have listed with the Ferocious Strike Thumper, although you may want to explain that Tiger's/Bestial Fury will cause Charm/Comfort(or whatever else) to recharge, allowing you to then use Enraged Lunge to get the +80 Damage bonus.

Enraged Lunge Thumper
Ranger/Warrior

10+1+3 Beast Mastery
8+1 Expertise
12 Hammer Mastery

1. Tiger's Fury (Beast Mastery) OR Bestial Fury (Beast Mastery)
2. Hammer Bash (Hammer Mastery)
3. Crushing Blow (Hammer Mastery)
4. Irresistible Blow (Hammer Mastery)
5. Enraged Lunge (Beast Mastery)
6. Comfort Animal* (Beast Mastery)
7. Charm Animal (Beast Mastery)
8. Resurrection Signet (Non-Attributed)

Note(*): Comfort Animal can be replaced with another Beast Mastery Skill, such as Run as One. If you decide to use a Pet Attack here, make sure to use the Pet Attack before using Enraged Lunge, so you get the +80 Damage bonus.

Equipment:

Weapon Set 1: Vampiric 15^50 or 15 in Stance Hammer of Fortitude

Weapon Set 2: Elemental(Ebon/Shocking/Icy/Fiery) 15^50 or 15 in Stance Hammer of Fortitude

Armor: +AL in Stance Armor

Crip Shot ranger:

Attributes:
Expertise-15 or 16 depending on sup rune (12+1+3 or 12+1+2)
Wilderness-9
Marksmanship-9

Some people may run different att pt setups but i find this the most beneficial b/c it gives you a 5 energy crip shot (if im wrong then its 6 energy), and if you use a crippling bow string (which you should) the length of crip shot will be fine.

Skills:
Crippling Shot [E] (marks)
Apply Poison (wilderness)
Savage Shot (marks)
Distracting Shot (exp?)
Distorion/Whirling Defense (illusion/exp)
Troll Unguent (sp?)(marks)
Ressurection Signet()
Open Slot

In the open slot you can use many things, most people opt for debilitating shots to pressure enemy monks, but in all reality it just depends on the overall build your team is running.

Usage:
generally a crip shot ranger is used to control enemy warriors or melee damagers so your monk can kite them much easier, but if the warrior situation is under control you could slip a crip shot on the enemy monk to give your melee damage an easier time catching him.

I would post a flash-bot but i dont know the attribute points since im not really an ele player. Something along these lines:

Blinding Flash (air)
Ether Prodigy [E] (e-storage)
Lighting Orb (air)
Lighting Strike (air)
Gale (air)
Draw Conditions (prot)
Ressurection Signet ()
Open

In open slot you could bring Heal Party, Heal Other, a snare, or my favorite (dont care what anyone says about it) Windborne Speed. Windborne can be thrown on Thumpers if you use them since they usually dont use a run skill. It can be used on Wars to give them an added speed boost, but most effectively it can be used on your monk, making him basically impossible to catch if they are a half-way decent kiter.

anyway Attribut pts would be something along the lines of:

Air:16
Energy:13
Prot:3

or

Air:14
Energy:11
Heals:11

i dont really know about att pts, any critiques are gladly excepted.

^ Umm, Troll Unguent is trash in TA. So is Whirling. Most people run somthing like Cripshot, Apply, Savage, Distracting, Debilitating, Blackout/Inspired, Distortion, Res Sig. I can't think of anyone who runs a Major rune on a Crippshot, most people in Team Areans run 15 expertise, and that's with a superior. Pretty sure 15/10/10/6/3 is the norm for attributes on a crippshot, if you're running the varient with Blackout, which is the most common varient. Also, I can't see any reason not to run Debilitating Shot on a Crippshot in TA, ever...

As for the flashbot, the skillbar varries alot, depending on the build, and the attributes also depend on what you're running. By the way, no one runs Heal Party on a Flashbot in Team Arenas. Either way they're pretty much outdated in the current TA metagame, and as such no one really runs them anymore.

If you want to construct a better flashbot template try somthing more like:

1. Blinding Flash (Air Magic)
2. Ether Prodigy [Elite] (Energy Storage)
3. Lightning Orb (Air Magic)
4. (Open)
5. (Open)
6. (Open)
7. (Open)
8. Resurrection Signet // (Open)

There, you now have the common skills on a flashbot in Team Arenas. Or at least the skills that were common when you could still seriosuly consider running one...

i run my cripshot with whirling in ta. I would actually say it's the opposite, distortion is great for mitigating spikes, which is more needed in GvG, while whirling is great pressure mitigation which is more required in TA IMO. Though I don't think you need troll in TA, I'd rather run something like debil shot.

Yeah it's very odd to see a crip shot not running with debil. I still think distortion>whirling, because even though distortion is more of a spike mitigater than a pressure, it still can be used as a pressure mitigater. It's obviously not ideal, but still useable. Not to mention, you throw that up before a sin combo, or before a war adren combo and it in essence is shutting down a mini spike.

Yes distortion will shut the sin or war spike down, then ur down 9-15 energy playing a crip shot. I hate it, if i could run whirling in GvG i would, but in TA whirling is definately the better way to go.

Oh and Zui, about your critique on my flash-bot, u said basically exactly what i said if you read it, only advice you offered that was different from mine was not to runheal party. U should watch that bro.

Not really. I said that Heal Party wasn't good in Team Arenas, and Flashbots weren't good anymore.

But, I also posted a revised and more accurate build for one, because let's face it, there are a massive amount of variations. Allow me to point out some of the more common skills that can be fit into the "Open" slots on mine.

Draw Conditions, Heal Other, Healing Breeze, Ward of Stability, Ward Against Melee, Windborne Speed, Enervating Charge, Lightning Strike, Gale, Holy Veil.

Considering you only had one open slot, and hardly listed any skill variations at all...

Zuis flashbot>yours

BTW...Troll = trash. Long casting time ftl. Your monk should be able to heal you just fine.

I think it's worth mentioning that I'm now pretty much completely out of touch with the arena metagame as my focus has shifted pretty much exclusively to GvG with a sprinkle of HA and a dash of TA. There are definately stronger/more imba builds as a result of the new skills.
