Philoso pretty much proved this when he ran 4 earth eles and did pretty well with it.
We've been trying it with five lately. I think we've done both SF and SS, but to be honest I wasn't paying that much attention since I was the monk. It did pretty well except on occasions where we were the only American team on BT and they both realized I was the only monk

Quick thing.. you forgot about Attunement. And a modification of this build (4 SS warders + 2 monks) actually works quite well, with obby spike. My guild held halls for a couple of nights with it.. then we got owned by FoC spike on one team coupled with 2 Maelstroms from the other team :S
