Does any1 know what the record time for winning a GvG is? My guild just won a GvG in 3 minutes 30 seconds. I was just curious as to the record time for winning was. Could some1 tell me if they know plz?

As fast as the other team can all type /resign, so probably around a few seconds.

But they can pre-type it before the timer finishes and hit enter once it starts, so I'd say less than a second.

Ok let me rephrase..... What's the quickest any1 has won an actual 8 v 8 GvG that actually matter as in its rated. What's the quickest any1 has ever won by killing the guild lord or DPing the other team ( probably not quickest but put that there as a just in case for the rest of u smart eleks ). So what's the fastest for an actual GvG?

People did type resign at the start of guild battles, to manipulate the ladder or something. It's been done in actual rated gvg.
Anyway, my personal best is 2:40

Sixty (60!) seconds during the signet of might bug, chain charges all the way to guild lord. Good times, good times...

Aside from that bug, in 1:56 with a teleporting bodyblock build I put together just after factions came out:

I know Pink Flamingos [Pank] (a PuG guild back in PvPX Weekend) probably got around 50 seconds or less with their Orders/Grenths Balance gank, back when the Guild Lord was a lot easier to kill.

Topped. I lost in 2:08 once. What makes this crazier is this was playing for lame, who at the time was top 30. =/

A long time ago we got crushed by Evil in less than 50 seconds, they sent 4 in our base and we scrambled and died.

I remember Grenth's Balance killing GL's fast so I'm sure barring /resign's you would have been able to do it alot faster than that.

was that actually a win? I know that if two lords die within like 10 seconds it's a tie, and that other lord looks quite low too.
