I've run this the past few nights in halls and done exceedingly well with it. Any thoughts to improve? I feel I've gotten almost everything.

order paragon is gonna cast orders for 4!!!! seconds when NR is up, so put it up in worst case scenarious only

ele/nec would be better as nec/ele. Soul reaping is hot in HA, plus you're spiking

its ok, I'm not too sure I'm cool with keen arrow, it makes for big packet dmg, which means prot monks become useful, old dual shot rspike did away with this.

Sure you can spike more often, though your energy hurts.

best ranger spike my guild did ran with 16 exp, and forked arrow glass arrows.
Think we had qz down sometimes for extra hurt, we could spike every 5 seconds with that, their monks couldn't keep up even if they could catch the first few spikes. we didn't bother with orders, and the paragon ran vicous spear harriers i think, though he spent most of the game crying about energy

Usually the target was dead before he could throw the second spear though.

you should find a place for winnowing, and sort the paragon out. Fall back is more useful than never surrender, and think about his adrenaline. See he wants to be gfte a lot, but never has time to spear with the orders. You also need to sort out blinds. a minium investment in motivation and a copy of song of purification means that you never need worry about blind spammers (encountered erruption yet?). then instead of making him about the orders, he can be about throwing with the spike, and generally attacking up for adrenaline.

All of this is important and you need to consider it because at the moment, all you need is one disrupted spiker, and you won't get the kill, and a spike group that fails 2 or three kills, is a spike group which is going to suffer, because your build is a complete 1 trick pony, who's only shut down or control is killing.
