Although All of this is funny I have to say that AB is a great place to test stuff. I enjoy testing stuff just to see how different things work, the more you get to know the game the better you are at getting know know what will work and what wont. I have tried some really silly builds but also learned and grew and even made some wierd but working builds. AB is a whole different animal then GvG or RA and HA, All worthy and fun to play but comparing them is like comparing grabes with peaches both fruit but totally different.
I Dont get my builds from websites and I learn stuff everyday and in many ways, one could call me a N00B... But I am learning the game learning the skills learning the limits and all the pros and cons. When something Zaps me I want to know what it is and why it hurt so much, I only have one PvE char and the rest of the 7 are PvE, Unlocked every skill in 3 professions with Bath Pts... and only 14 away from getting the skill hunter on my PvE.
I give some of these guys credit for trying and I hope they learn... I know I have made a build thinking it was omg super! ....only to be noob supper for many of you out there.
Once long ago...
there was no Boon Prot, Choking gas Ranger, 55, Touch Ranger, Air Spiker... All were made by people that learned and experimented...
AB is a good place to learn and experiment...

There's experimenting and there's running healing light wammos and conjure nightmare monks. Most of the skills in this thread are worse than an empty slot in the situation they're used in.

Which brings me to...

W/N that kept spamming insidious parasite...

...on my ele.

Nothing quite like a W/N with Order of the Vampire for a self-heal. Now it's too bad he sacced himself to death before he could put it to use.....

Using the minimap all zoomed out helps alot

anyway, we needed 1 more for our party the other day so we just invited some random ranger, too bad we can't see weapons in the outpost, he was using a flame wand. Result:

and the best one..

I am under the assumption that AB is under a timer and that wins/losses dosn't effect the outcome.

Its a CONSTANT back and forth motion with no one really HOLDING any ground.

Now ofcorse there won't be people that agree with this but untill i hear from Gallie that i am mistaken i stand on my conclusion.

Kurzick loose coz of ppl u showed! They dont know what are they doing and let the luxons mob the base and keep going thru the front door when they die!I perssonaly use mending touch on my w/mo coz its the only thing that warrior can benefit from a monk-condition remover. Also the nubs dont realise that capping is ftw not just fighting.Yes there are ppl who are good but most of the guys just like the dark atmosphere of the kurzicks adn thats all!Thats why we loose. Then i go FFF-ing !

AB has no timer, it goes on until 500 faction are gained, or untill a knockout, which means one side holds all shrines for at least 1 minute. So "holding" is then taking place in front of the opponents gate, usually its a massacre because they run out in a huge mob, some smart ones take the side gates, and can sometimes escape attention to cap shrines before the minute has passed. Some teams cap shrines and then leave one or two defenders to make the cap difficult if not impossible. Depending on the charging force, and the defendant.
