Not sure if both warriors need heal sigs, but not having one on the backbreaker lets it do a lot more damage with protectors and make enraging more useful. You just have to figure out what you want to send back in response to a gank. Also it'd be nice if the sin ganker could have a self heal (maybe instead of sig), since even though recall can save it from dire situations, you don't want to use it after taking damage from 2 archers (and also wasting your monk's energy healing you). Having two hard rezzes is nice, but sig of return may be slightly less ineffective due to having a ganker (but it is much more difficult to interrupt since it's not a spell). Your rit has too many weapon spells, and it'd be best to just stick to restoration and also run something crazy like recall (so it can either quickly go back to base or go gank with the sin). Dash as the only run skill makes it iffy on a runner, but it may work. As for monk bars, take one sb and one ps, not two ps. Guardian isn't that great usually, and channeling isn't as worth taking in gvg. There is also fairly limited hex and condition removal besides the purge sig, so it depends on the meta how much removal you want.
