Default GvG build that needs assistance.

My guild has only recently started getting into GvGing, and through scrimmaging within the alliance, it is clear that we need to get organized with a run-able build.

So, I figured I'd come to the wonderful people at GWGuru for help with a build that I came up with. Hopefully, with some constructive criticism, my guild will be able to run it... or maybe it's total crap.

P/any - Commander x 2
P/any Motivator x 1
P/W Tactician x 1
Mo/W LoD x 1
Mo/E ZB x 1
E/Mo Runner x 1
Me/any Mesmer x 1

Commander:
Spear Mastery 12+1+1
Command 10+2
Leadership 8+1

Skills: (Vicious Attack, Harriers Toss = dmg spike), Aggressive Refrain, Anthem of Flame, "Stand Your Ground!", Anthem of Envy or "Go for the Eyes!" (One with each), "Incoming!", Res Sig

Usage: Spam skills 4-8 as needed; Aggressive Refrain should be maintained; coordinate dmg spike. Do not use both "Incoming!"s at the same time.

Motivator:
Spear Mastery 12+1+1
Motivation 10+2
Leadership 8+1

Skills: (Vicious Attack, Harriers Toss = dmg spike), Aggressive Refrain, Anthem of Flame, Song of Restoration, Energizing Chorus, Wild Throw, Res Sig

Usage: Spam skills 4-7 as needed; Aggressive Refrain should be maintained; coordinate dmg spike. You are partially responsible in maintaining the energy of your fellow paragons, Energizing chorus should be used as much as possible.

Tactician:
Spear Mastery 12+1+1
Tactics 10
Leadership 8+1

Skills: (Vicious Attack, Harriers Toss = dmg spike), Aggressive Refrain, "Watch Yourself!," "Shields Up!," Barbed Spear, Stunning Strike, Res Sig

Usage: Spam skills 4-6 as needed; Aggressive Refrain should be maintained; use Barbed Spear and Stunning Strike for additional pressure for the dmg spike.

Mesmer:
Domination Magic 12+1+1
Fast Casting 10+1
Inspiration Magic 8+1

Skills: Arcane Languor, Ether Phantom, Power Spike, Signet of Humility, Mirror of Disenchantment, Shatter Enchantment, Res Sig

Usage: Aim to shutdown key casters on the opposing team, preferable those that tend to spam skills. Hit them with Languor, followed by Ether Phantom. Be sure to use Signet of Humility on any key player. If Aegis goes up, remove it immediately with Mirror of Disenchantment (Do it very quickly, or you might miss Aegis), remove other enchantments with Shatter, use Power Spike to interrupt.

Runner:
Energy Storage 8+1
Air Magic 7+1
Water Magic 11+1+2
Healing Prayers 9
Protection Prayers 4

Skills: Freezing Gust, Blinding Flash, Deep Freeze, Extinguish, Healing breeze, Ether Prodigy, Storm Djinn's Haste, Hard Res

Usage: Primary focus is to run flags; assist the rest of the party when possible. This is the only player with a hard res; it is not used casually.

RC Monk:
Protection Prayers 11+1+1
Divine Favor 11+1
Healing Prayers 8+1

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Gift of Health, Restore Condition, Deny Hexes, Mending Touch, Protective Spirit, Divine Intervention, Guardian

Usage: Remove conditions (aim for more than one) on party members with RC, remove them on yourself with mending touch. Heal with GoH. Aid spiked players with RoF, Protective Spirit, Divine Intervention, and Guardian (don't use them all on the same player). Use Deny Hexes to get rid of hexes on players, best used when Divine Intervention is recharging for two hex removals.

LoD Monk:
Healing Prayers 12+1+1
Divine Favor 10 + 1
Protection Prayers 8+1
Shadow Arts 2

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Light of Deliverance, Infuse Health, Deny Hexes, Dwayna's Kiss, Signet of Rejuvenation, Spirit Bond, Dark Escape

Usage: Use Infuse Health as your primary heal, make sure your health is pretty high before usage. Follow up Infuse Health with LoD. Use RoF and Spirit Bond on spiked players. Use Signet of Rejuvenation and Dwayna's Kiss as secondary heals. Remove hexes with Deny Hexes. If you are significantly attacked, use Dark Escape to take less damage.

I'm looking for any problems in the build... any at all. Thanks!

A few notes.
1. Don't put rez sigs on monks in PvP
2. A single necro anti-melee hexer is ineffective. Your better off running a b-surge or a water ele.
3. Lack of hex removal in a fairly high hex meta.
4. Don't really agree on your choice of monk bar (running ZB and throwing in draw mend touch on infuser). Lack of Healing skills on your infusers bar. Spirit Bond is a nice addition.

As far as monks go, how does this look?

Divert Hexes Monk:
Protection Prayers 11+1+1
Divine Favor 11+1
Healing Prayers 8+1

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Gift of Health, Divert Hexes, Draw Conditions, Mending Touch, Protective Spirit, Glyph of Lesser Energy, Aegis

LoD Monk:
Healing Prayers 12+1+1
Divine Favor 10 + 1
Protection Prayers 8+1
Tactics 2

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Light of Deliverance, Infuse Health, Dwayna's Kiss, Healing Whisper, Spirit Bond, Balanced Stance, Words of Comfort

You're right about my necro as well; what type of build would be best suited for e-denial or enchantment removal?

A mesmer can fit the e-denial as well as the enchantment removal role.

(arguable) I believe you would be better off with RC instead of divert. A large portion of the hex builds run humility. Run a low nrgy set with purge signet or modify the build and use deny hexes.

Just having one b-stance on the infuser without shield bash doesnt work so well. I would suggest either using disciplined stance or something like dark escape.

Tons of healing skills on infuser really you only need 3 or at most 4 (besides infuse). Should throw in a hex removal on the infuser and perhaps signet of rejuv. Throw out whisper for a hex removal and either throw out word of comfort or kiss for a signet of rejuv(I would personally keep dwayna's with the current meta).

Might be me, but I only count 7 players.
And your paragons should have a rez.

Sorry about the time gap, I haven't been home for a few days.

So, I've made some changes with respect to what you've said.

RC Monk:
Protection Prayers 11+1+1
Divine Favor 11+1
Healing Prayers 8+1

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Gift of Health, Restore Condition, Deny Hexes, Mending Touch, Protective Spirit, Divine Intervention, Gaurdian

LoD Monk:
Healing Prayers 12+1+1
Divine Favor 10 + 1
Protection Prayers 8+1
Shadow Arts 2

Skills: Reversal of Fortune, Light of Deliverance, Infuse Health, Deny Hexes, Dwayna's Kiss, Signet of Rejuvenation, Spirit Bond, Dark Escape

Here's my first shot at the mesmer.

Domination Magic 12+1+1
Fast Casting 10+1
Inspiration Magic 8+1

Skills: Arcane Languor, Ether Phantom, Power Spike, Signet of Humility, Mirror of Disenchantment, Shatter Enchantment, Res Sig

Also, there are 8 players, (x2 next to "Commander")
Edit: Ahh... I cannot believe that I initially forgot Res Sigs on my paragons. Thanks for that catch.

Don't use a hard res on your runner, just throw a sig of return or 2 on your paragons.

Your mesmer is crap, I'd suggest going with an expel dom to help with hex control.

Your runner isn't that great, prodigy runners aren't the best anymore.

You don't have a viable split option.

Deny hexes without DF skills? I'd just go with veil.
