Default Plz Rate/help with gvg build.

I am currently in my friends guild trying to help him set up a gvg team, and to help i made a pretty balanced build to give them an example, and maybe from them to use. I would like suggestions/comments to improve it. Thank you in advance.

The build needs more damage. I don't like having a rit runner AND a water snare. I would take the rit out for a Burning Arrow ranger, another warrior, or some more hex pressure.

EDIT: If you do add in a splittable character, take Natural Healing out on the Dervish for Heart of Fury.

Take out Death Pact Signet on the Rit, switch for another restoration skill.

Change Water Trident Ele to a Blinding Surge Ele and put a hard res on the Ele.

Take Healing Touch off the LoD and put in Spirit Bond.

Take Natural Healing off for either Wild Blow or Disrupting Dagger.

Take off Aegis on RC and put in another skill for it.

ok, let's review this character per character first :

warrior : looks ok

dervish : bar can use a lot of tweaking, personally i usually take something like : Wearying strike - erimite's attack - wild blow - heart of fury - imbue health - pious haste - wild blow - avatar of melandru - res signet, another possibility is Wearying strike - erimite's attack - wild blow - heart of fury - imbue health - dash - disrupting dagger - avatar of melandru - res signet

mesmer : no energy management on a diversion/shame spammer with gale and shatter ? that's a guaranteed no-go, switch power leak with power drain

water ele : switch this to a bsurge, seriously, and put glyph sac-res chant on it.

necro hexer : only one hex spammer in a team won't do much against the army of hex removals currently flying around. a ranger would be better in place here

rit : death pact signet on a runner ? holy hell, that's just stupid. The last thing you want is your flagger to explode somewhere while running flags cause the guy he hardressed died again ... take vengefull weapon instead

RC monk : one aegis is simply retarded, waste of energy, stupid, ... use a Mo/A aswell with return for better melee protection. swap out protective spirit for spirit bond

LoD/infuse monk : fit in protective spirit, probably instead of healing touch

warrior:
* Mighty blow > Fierce blow

dervish:
* Eremites attack or mystic sweep should be in there.
* Either give him shadow walk instead of harrier's grasp (spike + nice split) or replace natural healing and pious haste with dash and heart of fury.

midline (mesmer, ele and necro):
* Either concentrate on hexes and run a migraine mesmer, that reapers mark necro and a water ele (probably with shatterstone) or concentrate on pure shutdown and run such a mesmer, a blinding surge ele and a burning arrow ranger.
* Your necro doesn't hit any specific breakpoint (14 SR or 12 curses)

runner:
* death pact signet is a no-no on a runner

monks:
- rc/rof/soa/mend touch/spirit bond/return/dark escape/holy veil
- lod/infuse/sig of rejunevation/dwayna's/words of comfort/prot spirit/return/holy veil

Made a small mistake in my last post; the rc monk needs gift of healing (I'd take dark escape out for it).

Rest looks fine (IMHO), although that war should run mighty blow and that ele is a bit energy heavy (deep freeze might be a bit too expensive).

Move the Sig humility onto the mesmer for leech signet. Take drain enchantment out for Spirit of failure, when you have that amount of anti-melee hexes, you're gonna be getting a lot of energy from it.

Take the 2 sigents and mantra off the necro for Reckless, Rotting and Glyph lesser. Use rotting once the other team is on the verge of breaking.

I'd take Shard Storm out for Aegis on the stand ele, and change back to glyph aegis on the rc. The synergy between anti-melee hexes and aegis is just amazing.

To be honest these changes basically make this a modded hexway.

Need power return somewhere to take advantage of migraine. Some ench removal outside of drain ench every 30 sec would be nice too.

I dropped tactics and heal sig on the warrior fo rending touch and put on mirror on the mesmer, but i know the enchant removal is sill light. Maybe rip enchantment on the necro? Currently, this is what i have.
