Another thing that Dervishes don't really have good access to is bleeding(tell me if I'm wrong about this). The only two ways I can think of is Wounding Strike (but it's elite, and tell me one Dervish that isn't enchanted) and Aura of Thorns (but it takes longer to apply because you must apply the enchant then remove it)

Pat: I stand corrected. However, having an Ebon mod+Ebon Dust Aura can effectively shut down a melee using spammable skills. Or Grenth's Grasp+Icy mod could prevent a monk from running away.
And now I get another use for adding elemental dmg with your attacks. Grenth's Fingers adds cold dmg, right? So if you have a necro using Spinal Shivers, then you could shut down someone!
I still can't think of a use Earth damage, however.

I think a wonderful elite for Dervishes is Zealous Vow. That elite (this is from a PvE point of view) is excellent energy management, even when you hit one enemy. Cast an expensive enchant, make a few hits, and then cast another! The only downfall is that if you are blinded or hexed so you miss, you are essentially e-denied (that's why I always have something to rend off my enchants). Actually, if you base your build around it, should someone rend it, you are gone.

Vow of Strength really needs help. I can't see myself doing enough damage. The "attack skills are prohibited" part of the skill practically kills it. Maybe increase the damage percentage?
