It's unlikely that they'll add an emote until someone actually hits Legendary Hero. I know it was that way with the tiger, not sure with the phoenix.

They won't add the emote till someone gets it. Afaik they added the Phoenix a couple of hours before MEATBALL got it.

That's silly, it was certainly more than hours before or, in a genius stroke of irony, they probably would have kicked him out of halls with the update that introduced his new emote.

There's really nothing to talk about. When someone has it, everyone will know... although if it were me, I would probably never show anyone the emote and thus completely pwn everyone wishing for just a glimpse of my shiny /rank.

M E A T B A L L was one of the first (possibly first) to get a Phoenix. Rumour has it that he died of a heart attack. Internet rumours are to be taken with a pinch of salt, though.

Power Of My Rangers and a couple of Korean folk (Sama being one of them) got a Phoenix relatively early on, too.

Who is in the running to reach r15 first? Starcraft Forever, Leelof Esp? What about Lego? Or is he dedicating too much time to GvG?

Leelof is probably going to be the first to reach R15. I thought sama was also the other R14 player to be close but I dunno now.

What about if ArenaNet release a list of all players r12+ including exact fame? The list is not really long, it could be done easily I think.

In a side note: I think the max level in Hero title should be 12. ArenaNet can still change it to be rank 12 the maximum; I don't think the r13+ people will complaint about, they will keep the fame, and a dragon emote could still be added at 100.000 fame, doesn't matter if title is already maxed (at 12)

Chop Chop Panda my guess he will get it because he from what i heard 20k Fame away from getting r15. He has like 80kish Fame right now.

Chop chop isnt even r13 yet afaik, he's too busy pwning GvG, i think you mean leeloof. Only him and Sama are r14 i believe.

I hate to say this but, Chamalee is only 4k from r14.

He might get it before leeloof, considering leeloof doesnt hold that much.
