It's based on your rating though. You need to be well into champ range and almost top 50 to get that much faction. Most gvg guild will get somewhere around 1000-1500 per win.

Rating:
below 1100: 1000+200
1100-1200: 1500+300
1200-1300: 2000+400
1300-1400: 2500+500
1400-1500: 3000+600
1500-1600: 3500+700
1600+: 4000+800

are the faction values you'll get per win+flawless victory. Obviously you'll get a good deal from NPCs and whatnot, but yeah...

Though if you're 1600+, don't be thinking that if you flawless teams in 2 minutes you'll be getting 5k+ faction every 2 minutes. Because it takes you an hour to find a match

If you can steamroll in TA, that's the fastest I'd ever gotten faction/hour. Glad points are stylish, as well. Just run a balls-out pressure build so wins (and losses) come quick.
