this is true.

lately ive been seeing alot of water eles in gvg.

maybe its meta now, so HEV is perfect for anti-it (not really, just turning annoying stuff into big damage)

Still prefer ESurge because of its AoE damage and the added energy loss... Only problem is it's harder to blow up dem wars

hmmm. HEV is good on war's at vod too.
i mean, if theres a water ele on the opposing team, im pretty sure that ele is gunna blur your war killing archers. then HEV off of him. booooooom big damage.
