If it's your build, it's not--unless the skills are drastically O/P or lame.
However if it's wiki's build, that's different. Copy and pasting a build that doesn't require you to play as well to win, means that you contributed nothing or next to nothing to any victorys you gain.

10. This is my favorite comment. Considering I kicked your guild from our alliance because we got sick of seeing you in ID1 on a R/D and seeing you in opposing team sways, but you'd never touch ritspike!!!!11 its of the Devil.
