Other than what happy feet said, The recharge of WS is the same as that of Dismiss, and seeing as the important condition (DW) is covered by the bleeding, it takes twice as long for the condition to be removed as it is for it to be applied.

It's stupid to think that the DW is the conditional part of wounding strike yet for some reason gets covered by the unconditional part of the skill, bleeding. Surely the unconditional would apply before the conditional part of the skill takes place.

Deep wound, in any attack combo is NEVER covered by another condition, for at least enough time to get dismiss condition in to remove it.
Sword Combo:Sever/Cripslash, Gash, S&M strike ==> Deep wound covers other conditions, leaving it exposed for easy removal
Axe Combo:Eviscerate, Executioners, Agonizing Chop ==> Deep wound is left exposed and isn't covered by other conditions
Hammer Combo:Magehunters, Crushing Blow, Hammer Bash ==> Deep wound is left exposed and isn't covered by other conditions

I believe RC is being Hum Sigged most of the time, and can be cancelled at will without having a recharge on it.

Two things about this update, both which come to the same point.

The first is Bull's Charge. This shows just how screwed up balance has gotten to be. Bull's is a skill that has seen plenty of play in previous metagames, it's a strong skill that is legitimately playable on it's own. However it's now been forced out of play due to power creep. Izzy's solution to the balance is now to buff Bull's. This makes no sense to me, you're effectively giving in and letting the power level of skills go through the roof if you do that. The reason Bull's charge isn't seeing play is nothing to do with Bull's and everything to do with the fact that subsequent campaigns have introduced skills that are beyond it's power level. Don't buff Bull's, nerf the other skills down to it's (previously balanced) power level.

The second is, now that we've got PVE/PVP split skills, why the hell can't we just blow up problem skills. The lack of any major hit to wounding strike to me shows Izzy is just completely out of touch with balance in this game. Previosuly it would have been we can't nerf this because of PVE. Now it's just we don't nerf it because we don't understand the fundamental balance in our game.

Completely pathetic on Izzy's part.

I agree.. i was just pointing out the fact that one skill can be countered by another skill is a mute point. Cant say the condition order doesnt have anything to do with it being overpowered though.

The condition order, Strength and Conjure stacking, and Humility are the big problems with dervsmite. Wounding would be irritating but manageable if Dismiss could take the Deep Wound off from it in one cast.

Bulls charge is an uttershitcrap skill. Anyone using it in the past was bad at the game. Yes i know Koreans used it, but everyone was bad at the game then. The fact remains that the skill is useless.

Izzy does not think or reason, he's a vogon, he just runs things. Slowly of course, cause vogons are very bureaucratic. Let's just hope he doesn't write any poetry.

1. Are you implying that WM for example were bad at the game?

2. BC was a very good skill if used correctly, but the introduction of overpowered stuff in F and mainly NF killed it, so now it is indeed useless. Shame, because it's one of the cooler warrior elites.

Bulls charge became shit when 50 layers of block or anti melee skills were introduced, that's about it. Before that even then it was only successful in heavy pressure or 3x frontline builds. On the subject of the buff increasing the run boost does nothing for skill really, besides making it just a lack luster multi purpose POS elite for a warrior.

The buff to bulls is just retarded.

If you're going to buff it, buff duration, not speed.

We need a new dartboard for HOW they buff skills.

It's like buffing eviscerate, except buffing the duration of the DW up a couple of seconds.

Nah, buffing the duration would make it more mindless, the recharge needs to be 15r so you don't have to run a 3rd stance.

The way Bull's Charge is generally played is trying to land a bunch of KDs and then pick one to capitalise on (Frenzy + unload adren), increased duration won't really help here.
