I really hope what I'm reading is a joke, if so haha.

Thrilled that awesome skills like Charge! Bull's Charge, Can't Touch This! and Symbolic Strike were buffed or had cost lowered, I'm running them all now.

Meanwhile Wounding Strike and WoD go untouched, just wonderful.

Perhaps the most puzzling of all though in the list, at least to me is why the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO Barbed Spear was buffed. It's already a spam happy joke for R/P condi spammers, why the hell did it need a buff?

So another month of awful wounding spikes eh?

i think ant sig should have a 50% fail rate with less then 3 expertise but that may not be the case

The condition order on wounding strike doesn't matter much anyway, you use rc on it.

Trouble is that the bleeding is usually removed before it's run it's full duration anyway, so it's one of those "looks good on paper" buffs. Perhaps it's meant to make Paragons not feel so jealous of all the Wounding Strike spamming, by making it the same bleeding duration.

ok so basically this skill balance is like

you were promised 50 of the hottest women ever who all want to make love to your body all night long for free

but

instead you got 1 hot chick, but she's drunk, high, has whorish makeup and she also has herpes, and she decided to come with 49 other chicks who are fat as hell and uber ugly and they all want your body.

Antidote Signet is a signet. It will become an integral skill to the Symbolic Strike gimmick build.

QFT. Nothing like giving a warrior, dervish, sin, or even a ranger a negative playing experience than locking them down with Soul Bind/Wastrels.
