Isnt the shortbow *slightly* better at spreading poison than the recurve?

Yes, I believe it is too Pah...

A lot of osters weaon sets start with a recurve for rupting and cripshotting...
But then it also says they use shortbows for condition spread.

No, because the shorter range means you will have to move more.

Make me think: Dual Conjures could work? Lightening Grip, Kindle makes it fiery damage, both lightning and fire conjure work, dps machine ftw...

Why don't you try on Zaishen ISle? You will see by yourself how bad your idea is.

Kindle Arrows makes your Arrows deal fire dmg.

So it wouldn't work to run Conjure Lightning/Frost.

Actually, it used to a be a ridiculously strong template. Back when conjures were first buffed, we ran a ranger with conjure and kindle arrows (which does work with a vamp bow, btw). I'm sure even Junior remembers how OP that shit was.

Shield/SpearKiting from what I understand.?mods on these should be?

I might have read over something (probably did) but again I liked the "Cripshot" a lot...

So I need to know what bow I should use for snaring.

Is there anything I am missing?

(My next post will look like this too...I guess the first 4 bolds would be my weapon set. and asI start understaning more, I will throw my finished modded weapon set in there)

Thanks again

My thoughts the same. Very nice.

Actually, the conjure ranger was even run by euros the day after we ran it. It was a solospike that could take you to 1/3 hp, and all went under prot. Only reason it stopped was because conjure got nerfed a few days later.

A Recurve is going to be better at spreading poison than a Shortbow. You don't want to have to stop attacking to run in range of someone.

Obviously it depends where you're standing. If you're pushed deep in the frontline, minimizing distance to targets (dodging) and eliminating being out of range of enemies, then yes a short bow spreads conditions much better. Recurve isn't bad at spreading poison by any means, just has an annoying refire rate.
