Default Shields Up! reworked

Bring back the ability to block projectiles with this skill.

Shields Up! : For 5...10 seconds, you and all party members within earshot gain 24 armor against incoming projectile attacks and have 50% chance to block projectile attacks while wielding a shield. 10 energy cost, 30 sec recharge.

As you can see there is a condition of wielding a Shield to get the blocking effect.

Any opinions?

The sudgestion was made a while back, the skill was changed because there was to much block/defense going on, the skill is fine as is.

It was changed because it was too poweful at VoD, now that archers dont mob the stand i think it should be changed to also block projectiles, something to take against rangerspike that cant be rended.

I'd prefer an additional 24AL vs projectiles + 50% chance to block (while wielding a shield) over the current +60AL vs projectiles.

If the duration of 10secs is too high perhaps a change to 10 energy , 3...7 secs duration, 25 secs recharge. but please do keep the 50% conditional chance to block.

Help against rangerspike...oh and now that Incediary Arrows has been reworked and can spread poison as well (alot of pressure with minimum effort)
