More buffs so that more builds see the light of day instead of one op build that gets nerfed.
More people.
More people who play HA for fun than fame.
Increase balthazar faction for winning and killing in all aspects of pvp.

Pretty sure there's enough people like you in this game to make your own groups.

Oh and as for what I want:
+10 Fame for wins, -10 Fame for losses, forget streaks. You wanna Underworld farm? Have fun.

Or a more logical system to reward doing well in later maps:
+1,2,3,4,6,8,12,16,20,24,28,32,36,40 for wins of course.
But divide the 9 maps into 3 categories: -6 losses (First 3 maps), -3 losses (Second 3 maps), and -0 (Last 3 maps).
Punish people who like to grind low end maps. Force you to win longer streaks.
Only problem is no one HAs anymore and you'd skip from UW to Courtyard and lose nothing for losing in Courtyard.

It' JUST a wishlist, something you, and ONLY YOU would like to see happening to HA...
First, "New Game Mechanic", so what ur saying is: if u use a preperation you can't use any attack skills that add dmg (or there dmg is ignored or w/e) you hit something with the preparation aspect getting changed, but do u really thing thats fathomable at all?

SF -> U might as well make the recharge 12 seconds with ur idea because 90% of the time it's gunna hit more than 1 person. Now i see the need for a PvP/PvE split here. SF in PvE is fun and all, but ur not gunna have other people to run it with, and therefore having a fast recharge allows u to apply buring urself instead of wasting a glyph or doing other things to apply burning, in PvP the recharge could be a bit longer, but this too would nerf the only good aspect of SF (its fast spammable recharge) and make it ONLY work in an SF spike. (although people will argue skills such as rift/forked arrow are only made to be used in r spike/ritspike but they still can be used... just not as effectively =P).. so we can't exactly do that either.

LF -> Dmg nerf? umm i guess, but is that really ur biggest concern? ur gunna cry about LF? Ok LF isn't even used too much by balances except some have it incase rodgorts gets f'ed or whatever, but seriously? it's not the end of the world if it does 20 more dmg then u want it.

Wounding Strike -> Now this skill is balanced but imbalanced. Why is it a great skill? SAME REASON FOR SF its AoE.... Conditions... and most of all FAST RECHARGE, if u nerf that recharge it wont be used anymore, but.. if u wanna nerf the recharge u need to add something to it. Now wounding doesnt do any +dmg, and thats the reason it has a fast recharge, so why not add some +dmg and nerf the recharge? U dont see me going around being able to dismember people every 3 seconds, instead of making it something for brainless people to go around and mash buttons while u SoH RC, use it for other purposes.... Now nerfing this recharge would put it in competition with other non elite skills and people will choose different things maybe, but adding dmg and increasing recharge seems like the only way to go.

Elite Hex -> WHAT THE HELL ARE U SMOKING? why not just nerf every elite hex skill in the game. U might as well run Deprav with no other hexes just because covering it would do nothing with ur suggestion... that's just stupid thats nerfing every hex skil in the game, not just the OP ones which im assuming u think are (SS Deprav Migraine... etc) hexway stuff.. go QQ put a convert in get a mesmer, idk, idc.. but thats just plain stupid no offense...

If u lower the crit dmg on a scythe to 35 it will take away its spike power but also its pressure... hmmm AoE 35 dmg if i'm lucky, wtf? that's not gunna put that much pressure on a team, my 4 hits of a ball get healed by 1 HP.... Scythes first of all attack slow, and putting an AoE dmg under SB is kinda stupid too. Why are axe warriors so leet at 14 axe? u can keep hitting a SBéd target right under SB (59 dmg with no skills becuase of str armor penetration)... now if a scythe was to hit way less dmg than an axe... and crit way lower than an axe... and attack half the speed of an axe... it makes it look like either A. Scythes Suck or B. Axe is OP now omg we like need to nerf it!!!!!

Expertise is kinda overpowered in a way, i mean people are using 10 energy skills at 4 energy, don't u wish u could infuse like that? + considering u get a gajillion armor from being a ranger.. instead of nerfing expertise so much, why not increase some of the energy skills of some key skills that affect builds.. Magebane, on top of its unblockable and its spammable recharge with the +20 second disable.. its only 4 energy? that's not gunna do much to a ranger.. so why not raise Magebane's energy a bit. Forked Arrow is at 4 energy too.... instead of changing the whole profession, thing about changing things that are pissing u off. OMG IV SPIKE IS LIKE UB3R OVERPOWERED THAT MEANS SOULREAPING NEEDS A NERF! No.... just because a skill linked/dependent on an attribute is overpowered.. thats no reason to go affter the attribute, is expertise overpowered? yes. Is it necessary? Yes, otherwise rangers would be useless because all their skills cost too much i mean, Apply poison would kill a ranger with no expertise. Does it need change? Maybe, Do certain ranger skills need nerfed? yes.

that's my response to u, i know ur gunna flame me or im gunna get flamed but meh, open ur eyes bro... ur hitting big picture topics.. its like does a rit need to be nerfed because it can bed used in a ritspike? no. the skill needs to be nerfed not the profession/build/everything.

No flames don't worry this isn't a serious thread anyway.
One minor thing though that I have to disagree with is your conception of how strength works:

u obviously msiread what i said. I was saying that if u attack without using an ATTACK SKILL, u will crit for 59.. if u use an attack skill such as wild blow or keenchop that gives insta crit... it will hit OVER 59 because of armor penetration...... next time learn to read please. That's also one fo the things i don't like about those skills as getting that crit with an attack skill will give u AP and the crit hits over SB.
