Or does anyone even care anymore?

[Visions of Regret] - Really wonder why dom needed another pressure type hex. This gets really stupid in 4v4 with cheesy shit like backfire or combined with soul bind.

[Wastrel's Worry] - Not sure why this skill needed the damage buff in the first place.

[apply poison] - This should be a bow preparation. Other professions got poison tip sig with EoTN.

[escape] - This needs a PvP nerf, like 4s duration with 14 in expertise.

[rampage as one] - At a minimum reduce the IAS to 25% and make it stance.

[Otyugh's Cry] - Lock pet on monk and start mashing [enraged lunge], this is just stupid. Decrease duration by half or just totally kill / change the skill.

[savage pounce] - This only becomes a problem on RaO axes, but for posterity since it takes no skill to use increase recharge to 20s as disrupting lunge was.

[soul bind] - Skill change has been really bad, get rid of it.

[rend enchantments] - Back to 30s.

[rip enchantment] - 15s, if a Dervish enchantment is removed it recharges 50% faster.

[foul feast] - Reduce the energy gain to a maximum of 2 and reduce health gain some.

[plague sending] - Get rid of AoE effect, increase recharge to 10s. Changes to FF and plague sending are predicated on changes to condi spear spam (apply poison + barbed spear) and something being done about wounding strike.

[searing flames] - Adjacent AoE in PvP.

[shattering assault] - No longer unblockable. And that kills it, oh well.

[Wild strike] - 8s recharge, same as wild blow

[way of the assassin] - Still think IAS in the sin skill pool is an awful idea, especially one with no penalty or prerequisite as most IAS's have.

[critical defenses] - This should be a PvE skill.

[Way of the master] - Sins with scythes have added nothing interesting to the game, nerf it or makes it much more expensive / shorter duration.

[wounding strike] - The chilling victory change helped some, but at minimum this should be changed to deep wound over bleeding, as many suggested in the previous qq skill threads.

[rending touch] - Remove one of your enchantments, removal effect target touched for for loses one enchantment.

[barbed spear] - 4 adrenaline, just like sever artery. Only a problem on pack hunters.

Just a start on stuff I still don't like, flame away.
What the hell are you on about?

You have trouble beating pack hunters, RoA's, and SF eles? really, you should probably at the very least be decent at the game before you post idiotic shit like this..

Ok lets start.

Vissions of Regret: Powerful dom hex that has allowed for a new style of dom build involving anti mele/casting through damage. However, it is easy t interupt, has a decently long recharge, and can not be up kept. No need to nerf.

Wastrals Worry: This skill is devastating when coupled with visions and backfire/empathy, however it pretty easy to divert and when not visions empathy or backfire are interrupted this skill does almost nothing. Also, spirit bond ownz.

Apply Poison: WHAT?!?! lol, no..... sorry don't know even where to start.. 2 sec cast, 15 nrg.. yeah...................................... you really need to use your brain. Also, *puts on Anet hat* You can not count on everyone having all the expansions.

Escape: While the skill is powerful in RA and on the old R/D, it really isn't a huge problem however, it is the only skill i might agree with you on.. alil.. make it end with a mele attack, done it's still usable then. P.S. it doesnt really need a nerf.

RaO: People have bitched about this skill forever, however, thumpers still get stomped daily. Kill EW if they have it and GG, the skill hasn't been OP since they made the durration/recharge so short.

O Cry: lolololololololololololololololololol, the skill the was a joke forever finnaly gets play in RA once a day and you want to nerf it? No Comment on this one.

Savage Pounce: People use this? Oh i guess they do, the skill takes just as much skill to use as any other attack skill, in fact it's alil hard since you can't always que it up and control when it lands correctly because it's a pet skill.

Soul Bind: Interupts are good, sorry it just seems like you enjoy bitching about skills that get d-shotted on recharge if you have a ranger with ping under 1000.

Rend: Lol, rend is a good skill yes, but OP.... nope. The long recharge, no damage/side effect on removal, and damage done to the user makes it fine. Not to mention the casting time so if you're good you can see the rend comming in and be ready to re-prot.

Rip Enchantment: WTF is with this dervish clause.... rip is FAR from imbalanced, yeah bleeding and 1 enchant off... yeah...

Foul Feast + Plauge Sending: Powerful tools, however drawing condis has always been a semi risky business, nothing IMBA about these, in fact, outside of RA they get very limited play.

Searing Flames: It's been nerfed enough, yes th occasional spike will run it, however it only works now due to the SB nerf and weaken armor buff. Interupt/Divert SF and spread the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO out.. easy pease.

Shattering Assault: It can be annoying when you are a solo monk yes, however watch for when the attacks hit, SB and SoA after SA and then RoF before it hits covering the fist strip, it's going to trigger SB on hits so GG.

I'm running out of time but the sin nerfs are random as hell, crit d is fine, aswell as A/D spikers now. Rend Touch?! really.. touch range enchant removal, it's decent but prevents you from doing so much and pre protting your frontline... no..just not...

please don't post shit if you've never played serious PvP.

on a side note:

Experta Dexterity is the only skill that NEEDS balancing at this time.

Otyugh's cry is only annoying when used with Enraged lunge. Unblockable pet spamming 100+ dmg every 5 seconds. You can guess in what builds this is abused.
This is a team arena issue like many other skills mentioned here.

But at this point, it's obvious anet just don't have time for this game anymore.

You're kidding, right? Wait till you see the November update. It's supposed to be HUGE. Title changes, reduced grind, blah blah... Except it's just about all PVE. Anet has time, but they really don't give much of a crap about the competitive half of their game.

They care it's just that it doesn't require Izzy to make those PVE changes since they aren't skill related. Reguarding skill changes for PvP Izzy is what working on GW2, good luck getting any sizable skill changes like we have gotten in the past. Although even the big skill updates involved 75%+ of the skills being random buffs, except now Izzy can't do that because then the next months skill balance will have to be even bigger because of the new introduced broken crap.

Otyugh's Cry is one of those skills where even if there was nothing broken coming from it, I'd nerf it anyways just because it's a very passive skill that requires no thought except a mouse click from the user, that has absolutely no drawback (not strippable, etc), and gives your pet a 100% chance to avoid being blocked that can be upkept most/all of the time, and that's the type of skill and thought process that has really denigrated the game.

Killing pets is a pretty good strategy against RaO's, not so much against the beastmaster groups.

Problem with killing pets is that the return on investment is kind of shitty. There are better places to spend effort than linebacking a pet that they can cheaply revive an unlimited number of times.

Otyugh's Cry lets shitty players be overly effective, and deserves a kick in the nuts on that alone. Ditto for RaO.

That's why they should it those pet ress skills (ie comfort/heal as one getting disabled for xx secs when your pet gets ressed). Right now, those beastmaster just bring a pet and don't even care if it dies, since it can be ressed right after with no real drawback.
