You know Izzy, I know you have friends in top guilds, even previous roommates. (which is a joke in and off itself). But why not try to do your job, and figure out that characters being able to do way more damage with other chars skills as 70% of their bar ( and weapons) is pathetic. Also I would love to know, how much time most of the top 8 teams spent actually fighting each other.

WOW I cannot wait for next month!!!! Who knows maybe Elles with pets, I can only hope.

That being said congrats to the upsets!

vR won their last 16 round, Rawr didnt therefore Rawr didnt deserve a last 8. I didnt like the draw either, but you have to work with the cards you are dealt.
StP had vE in rnd 5 (I know as I had both these in my top 8). The other stuff I wont bother commenting on.

(Edited as I read "draws Rawr then forfeits" as a continuing phrase on one match not as then later in the AT ff).

StP definitely drew rawr running SBRI on druids and got their shit pushed in, I was obsing the match (along with Celly and Evol) but that match in question wasn't the match directly before their dumb forfeit. Nevertheless any guild that draws rawr in swiss at any point tends to lose which automatically puts them one down for their final total, in general (but not always) rawr loses in the single elims and not the swiss.

Whether or not a guild is more deserving in the technical sense (victor of single elims, greater match points in the swiss) is completely irrelevant to whether a guild is more deserving in relation to the less tangible. By that argument, Deadly Scorpions deserved top 16 in July, and that would be a pretty lol statement to make.

If people were ever wondering why we lost, it's because our monk was bad, as evidenced by this post
