Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. Seemed to be closest in subject matter. Anyway so now that Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood are seeing some use I decided to try them out. To be quite honest I had no idea what to do and what the strategies/builds are.

Now that these are viable PvP areas that actually have people in them will we be seeing a forum link with some info on these places similar to the AB/TA/GVG/HA/HvH forum sections?

In jade quarry I find that a standard Melandru's ranger helps a tonne. It can slow down enemy players and jade carriers whilst being able to out-survive most other players.

It can degen out the enemy shrines whilst being able to spike through keen>melandru's>savage and can kill the typical shrine nuking builds - contagion necros are taken down to half health straight away with Melandru's Shot and fire nukers fall to your interupts.

I thought we had a subforum for these arenas back in the day. Maybe I'm confusing it with something else.

This, or knowing whether we should put discussion threads into the Faction's Explorers, Glad's Arena, or Alliance Battles forum.

God, soooo true. You just chill at yellow and you can easily defend it from like 2-3 eles at once (depending on the number of npcs you have alive) then just haste the turtle a few times when he comes around.

Also I would highly recomend bringing at least 1 enchantment removal and one skill inturupt due the the amount of bombers you run into. When you see the N/A coming strip him (if hes stupid he put death nova on top so just PBlock him when he recasts) and the second he teleports CoF him and 9 outta 10 times you'll hit Signet of Agony. Bye bye bomber and he did very little dmg to your shrine.

That's whats been working for me anyhow and its uber fun to piss people off like that.

You'd probably find it everywhere, even though it should go mainly in the Glad's arena or AB subsection.

Same thing with finding half of campfire cluttered with RA or 1v1 builds. Hi PvE section?

while doing jade quarry go as monk with ray of judgement and arcane echo
use RoJ on npc's only, with arcane echo and RoJ you kill all the guys gaurding an quarry.
and the RoJ graphics are epic wins.

If using a ranger I bring rend enchantments for those annoying necro bombers

The monk build above is good but I prefer using Ray Of Judgment instead to help cap the shrines, while still using the paragon secondary to help out the turtles or Juggs run

If using a necro use the necro bomber build or Weaken knees to kill the Turtles or Juggs quickly

I sometimes use my paragon also mainly to help out the the turtles or juggs run, but also with some offense to causes bleeding, dazes, and cripple on targets chasing my precious turtles hehe FALL BACK and MAKE HASTE are great for them

Other chars I dont play too much there if I am in the capping mood I use my RoJ monk or necro bomber, if I am in the helping mood I still use my monk, paragon. As for my ranger I use to basically to help defend the shrines and kill/slow the turtles killers (got to love crip shot)

Run enchanting mods, don't fail at covering enchs, run 270hp on staff set. Caps easily, never dies if you don't fail gws, and it can kill turtles with RoDspam. People that say 'assassins', loltanking, 'rangers' lol cancelcast RoJ, 'ench removal' lol cover enchs or reprot.

Swap out dwaynas kiss for [castigation signet] and vig spirit for [judge's intervention] . Then for the optional ["Make haste!"@5] . I dont see why anybody cant run make haste on just about any build.
