Default GvG Ladder Manipulation?

A few "top" GvG battles as of this post:
104 Life Steal vs 72 In Memorial Of
92 Life Steal vs 106 Rage Quit Life
74 In Memorial Of vs 106 Rage Quit Life
131 American Apparel vs 74 Life Steal

In every battle the opposing team either (1) does not play or (2) resigns. The losing team invariably brings 3 players and 3 heroes.

I'm sick of watching for more.

Two of the players even have the gall to use the same name after they've been invited to the other guild to pull the same crap.

It's called trading champ points in dead hours.

its a pretty good reminder that the game is dead then 90% of the games on obs mode are blood spike guilds resigning to eachother

if i was anet i would try to stop them since its not exactly good for morale...or obs mode

It's just a sign the game finally as a whole is dwindling. The same thing occurred a year ago in American GvG hours, now it's finally taking place with the Euro community. Yesterday all I saw was the 6-7pm AT, then a few other games on normal ladder with non bspike teams, then ladder manip, April baby!!!

The only thing more retarded than farming champ points is caring about them.

Not any different from syncing RA or hiring a fame farm service.

That being said, anet has been told about this through forums, email etc. for over a year now, and have done nothing. When developers stop caring about their game, so do the player base. Just look at every aspect of the game now, from PVP to PVE, it is a joke. 70% of the top 40 gvg teams are just the same players under different accounts. Most of them are just the annoying scrubs that nobody liked, but tolerated. They are abusing every aspect of PVP to the point where all anyone does anymore is laugh.

1 thing to remember is, these types of abuses have been going on for along time. It is only obvious now because it is being abused by morons who don't give a s..t

(oh, btw, it was sweet to see In Memorial Of get their butt handed to them by 674 Temporal Affinity)

Some people take this game far to seriously. Escapism is a funny thing to watch in people. :P

How about a ladder reset? All those bought/dead guilds would be cleaned out - at least for a little while.

Agreed!!! It would not fix the manipulating, but would help in bringing back some seriousness to GVG. I predict you would see allot of new and old guilds playing more.

Anything is better than this crap
