I'm not so sure. Original SP sins had it all: shadowstep, IAS, Deep Wound, Blades of Steel. Drop the aftercast from Shadow Prison now and you still can't have the Deep Wound (Black Spider -> HotO -> Falling Lotus -> BoS / Twisting). This is far from ideal; I doubt it can instakill someone, especially with HotO damage reduction. The other Shadow Prison build will be buffed though (Black Mantis -> Jungle Strike -> Trampling -> Falling Lotus -> Twisting), which is good, since I've not seen it for quite a while. Sin chains are largely Palm Strike based, else Wastrel's Collapse, with very occasionally someone playing Grenth's Grasp or similar.

Both Coward! and You're all Alone! are heavily used in HB.
I know, but how else would you change Coward! so that it's usable outside of HB? There're lots of Warrior elites living on the fringes right now, eg:

1. Primal Rage. Sees play occasionally. Not sure whether to touch this one.
2. Eviscerate. Normally sees the most play except everyone's using Warrior's Endurance.
3. You're All Alone!. Nobody uses this except flaggers (and HBers).
4. Coward!. Nobody uses this except HBers.
5. Rage of the Ntouka. Nobody uses this except in byob or something for perma-Rush.

I think making Coward Sins stronger in HB might be a good thing even, since capwars are so no fun to obs. This HB mAT finals is just boring to watch two people try to outcap each other.

Peace and Harmony not nerfed enough in my opinion. It's still the death of a variety of hex and condition builds (eg. Crippling Anguish, BHA, Migraine ...). I say increase case time to 3/4s as well.

Restore Condition: Removes all conditions, which makes it impossible to keep a condition there no matter how much you cover it. Therefore: cap conditions removed at 3. Should not affect the skill much, since you normally don't have 3+ conditions to remove.

Warriors endurance, could do those changes, frankly anything sort of tweak would be better than what it is now. Abit toned down at least

PnH probably needs further tweaks agreed. It's kind of a toss up because since PNH has been buffed other sources of hexes have also increased in power.

I really like the limit of condi's on the draws and RC tbh, I was thinking about this after I made the post, great idea. I just wish for a few updates skills we could have a toning down of the current power levels and work from there. None of this tweak to all the skills listed just to have another 10+ skills see a buff automatically making those new choices better.
