Its on par with evis on axe bars. Your just moving where your dmg is coming from. Primal rage shines because people kite warriors, and if they dont they are going to take big frenzy dmg. What primal rage does is basically remove kiting unless the target has a movement buff, so they are going to kite you and take big autocrit dmg on top of still taking big frenzy dmg.

All your doing is trading the +dmg on evis for upkeepable frenzy dmg.

The problem with this skill, is watching people use it as a zoom zoom. I lol everytime I see a PR war in an enemies backline, and then wars collapse on him. Instead of using rush to get out he tries to zoom zoom with PR and takes big dmg. Its also a terrible skill to use on split war for the same reason.

Don't confuse a problem with a skill and a clear lack of skill on the players part lol. Frenzy is not superior to PR is any way, so anything bad that happens with PR could have likely happened with frenzy too.

PR is actually quite useful when splitting because you can move around the map really fast. It is your own fault though if you use it like a run stance within attack range and die because of it.

this skill is seriously underrated

its hard to tell jus by lookin at it
but when u actually use it...u can see how much it really pwns

reason: 33% ims

imo its not a lesser evis build
they r on par, if not pr bein slightly better
lesser spike, but u will output better dps and utility
bulls strike has never been more easier
i would only run evis now only if u really need that extra spike dmg

PR still allows to land pretty effective "spikes" even if u miss the knockdown
on ur target, along with it being useful when running around.

Not vs rawrspike/fortressway, when it's played well, no. It's pretty close to impossible to pressure it out if it's done right.

WE can't pressure out fortressway either, if that's what you mean. ;c Pressure works against teams that aren't as skilled in general who run the build, but against teams like rawr and DM, it's incredibly difficult to beat them with any sort of pressure build because of the amount of party healing and defense in general that they have and can use effectively.

This skill enlarges your testicles by 180% and penis by 227.6%.

Reminds me of perma-frenzying people in HA with Charge warriors.

Shit is glorious.

Oh, I thought you meant that prage was almost "impossible to pressure out" as in that no build does more pressure.

Although, WE vs Prage in terms of pressure ability is questionable. However, I would think WE would win.

Why choose [[Primal Rage] over [[Frenzy]?

With Frenzy, people always bring a cancel stance and I doubt it would be any different for this. The second someone sees you, you're going to have to cancel Primal Rage, so that movement buff is not worth the Elite. This is now simply an Elite Frenzy. Having to bring a cancel stance to cancel your Elite is pretty bad. Primal Rage doesn't even save you from brining [[Sprint]/[[Rush].

Seeing as you will have to bring a cancel stance for Primal Rage anyways, it would replace your frenzy, meaning you just lost your attack Elite, so you would have to replace that, it didn't give you an extra skill slot, just a wasted Elite. Speed boost was the wrong way to go if what they wanted was a worthy Elite. Primal Rage would only be worth it for old sword builds, with [[Final Thrust] as the "Elite" attack skill.

This is a candidate for one of the worst skills in game, speed boost is quite for nothing since you will need to cancel it anyway, and runners realy can't use a skill that makes them take double damage, and the worst thing is that such a joke skill is Elite. It wouldn't be good even as non-Elite. Primal Rage is severely underpowered and needs a buff to see usage. It has no unique uses that another skill cannot match. A buff would be needed to make people think up of a build for it that uses it effectively.

@ac1inferno
u clearly kno nuthin bout warriors

rush is not only used to cancel frenzy when under attack
theres this thing called kiting

primal rage has very little to do bout freein up slots on ur skill bar
and everything to do wit being able to have a simultaneous ias+ims 33%

most ims' r 25%, including rush
considering 33% is the fastest ims u can get except for dash
this is pretty important

an extra 30dmg on from eviscerate almost seems neglible
compared to the amount of dmg u can output wit primal rage
(not to mention bein able to use it as an ims outside of battle can come in handy)

the only advantage eviscerate has is because this game is quite heavily spike-based

It's alright to maintain that it's "bad", but it's funny to say "it won't see usage" when you look on obs. I have yet to even spot Eviscerate anymore.

Hitting kiting stuff in IAS+IMS is powerful pressure and fast adrenaline building. Not only do you get more crits, your attacks finish faster, so you catch up to them faster and hit more. See [Rampage As One], [Heart of Fury][Signet of Mystic Speed].

Seeing as at least the euro meta has almost entirely moved to a lingering curse fast cast for midline d what threats would a warrior be worried about now? No more double dmg from FC waters and obviously decent warriors will see converges coming at them. Perfect time to run this elite.
In my OP the reason why this Elite shines is, as a warrior you don't have to land a KD in order for your unload to be rather successful, also you can build adren faster without the KD as you just IMS the target instead while under an IAS, you are blessed with rush and frenzy at the same time. Seeing this occur has been very evident lately. I saw someone bring up the fact that landing bulls with PR was easier, yet I've seen the opposite on obs mode. Go figure. Baddies will still cue up bulls on their auto attack/target

ac1inferno, you obviously have no idea how to play warrior.

I don't know why people keep looking at PR like a bar compression skill when it isn't. PR is better frenzy that can double as a energy based run stance when out of danger.

I lose a whooping +29 damage on my spikes by taking PR over Evis. I think the advantage of a speed buff with frenzy is a good tradeoff.

I would have thought the use of this skill would have been obvious. If you're frenzy, and the person kites, you have two choices (assuming your staying on the same target): keep following in frenzy, or hit rush and lose the 33% boost. Primal rage removes this choice. It fills both roles, and rush is then only used as a cancel for PR.

The only bar compression I could see would be for builds that use a non stance skill for a movement speed boost on top of frenzy, but as far as I know, thats not run in any current metas.

Its hard to really see how good it is right now. Obviously won't be used with hammer. Good on shock axe, but it is going to have to compete with warriors endurance. Would actually make sword worth bringing again, except that Hundred Blades also hitting your target makes it spike for so much more.

reminds me of one of the manlies warrior bars ever played

What are you talking about? If it was a non-elite, it would be frenzy with a 33% IMS. If you think a non-elite 33% IAS is better than a 33% IAS and IMS, you're not that smart.
