I saw this war from - some goldcape guild, I forget what, I've specced him in gvg anyway. Linebacked him from across the arena with coward non-stop while killing his monk, he got so mad he came and chased me around until his team lost...

This is relevant info here.

On topic I've seen a many wars come and go trying to solo cap and yes it's a bad idea, I main warrior in PvE and PvP and yet I take a monk or ele to solo cap.

Taken up using defy pain on days with no decent monks, just standard axe bar except with sprint for rush, mtouch, and defy pain.

Not sure if it really changes anything. Mostly I was just looking for an excuse to use frenzy with sprint and it made sense for some reason.

Enraging charge in, activate HB, when you hit the monk you will have enough energy for flail, then use LC, then use sun and moon. Keep using LC on recharge and spam sun and moon. You should kill them.

I was using vamp. sword. Also I have knights insignia's. It will be easier if you use insignia's against lightning damage such as sentinals or aeromancer.

two words : never ever
