If you're going to go back that early, you should probably mention Shoutsmite and Grenth's Balance ganking. I don't think I'd call them bugs any more than the iQ healing ball. And I seem to remember a good deal of complaining about Thumpers + Putrid in various incarnations, though I'm not sure those would qualify as overpowered by today's standards, TGH would certainly have us believe people thought they were overpowered at the time. And Ritspike was comparable to FCAS and/or FoC, but (and I don't remember this terribly well) no one as good as EW ever ran it.

Grenth's Balance had a rather unexpected effect when used against characters with significantly more health than the caster. Its dealing 1/2 of current damage to the opposing guild lord wasn't necessarily a bug, but an unforeseen side-effect.

I agree most people prolly woulden't remember this since it got nerfed so fast but this wiped teams in seconds, and this was during the preview nightfall pvp weekend i believed and i remember playing it

another crazy build that was abused during the nightfall pvp weekend about 90% of the teams were all d/mo's and water eles, fun times lol

Yet, you had a ranger spike team like iA in the top 10 during the peak of Guild Wars popularity. And IWAY in tombs was a joke until they fixed the pet deaths.

That was more a REALLY POWERFULL build for the skill required to run it. There also was alot of QQ'ing going on about Sig of Hum. If anything, Keystone, in the state it was, still wouldn't be OP if they brought it back.

The main problem was sig of him/mantra of inscriptions.

One spirit bond turned Ancestor's spike into nothing. It was certainly very powerful, but standard bars already had the tools to deal with it.

It also worked singlehandedly due to an inconsistency in game mechanics.
ARage should've never lasted 1,2 seconds due to enchant mods, it should've been rounded down like most any other skill in the game.

Well, ancestor's rage spike played with a perfectly-timed Rend Enchantments and Expunge Enchantments (maybe more i don't really remember). When's facing all thoses lame germans AR spikes, Spirit Bond was likely removed at the time AR triggering on the N/A and only a good infuse could save the target.

But i'm agree, it was an overpowered build but not the worst
