Default Leeching happens because of you

1. Someone is leeching from the beginning in AB. I post in team chan 'pls report this guy blabla'. I get "shuttup" or no reply no action.

2. I see someone leeching for two battles in a row. So after second battle I post in the outpost "don't take this person blabla he's a leecher". I get "keep the names posted.. nobody wants them".

3. And this is my favorite: "Im not going to report anyone because I might get dishonorable points myself". To me, that's something along the lines 'i don't want to testify as a witness because the criminal could do something bad to me'.

So when you see me leeching, just continue being nice apathetic people and don't report me. Ty.

4. AB, FA and JQ are not serious arenas so leeching is OK.

There I added that one too. As I said, leeching happens because of you.

Yeah but the general community doesn't care about these arena's. Some go in when they are bored and a small fraction go in because they care.Reasons? To gain luxon/kurzick faction in a fast time, people do DTSC ( and the other one for the luxon side, but i forgot the name). As for balthazar faction, people rely on heavier PvP such as HA and the like. So you see when 1 or 2 people leech most of the team will not care, which results in people leaving midway through. Oh and top of that to get some in trouble for leeching 1/3 of the team must report that player. Yeah... with the above reasons posted even if you say something people still won't care enough.

i see you're really pretty serious about this. i just don't care. there's dumb people on the internet and it's not my job to psychoanalyze said dumb people cause really it won't ever change a thing. the dishonorable/report system doesn't work out too well almost all the time anyways.

leeching happens because people are lazy. fact.

people don't report lechers because they are too lazy to report. fact

you will not change the attitudes of lazy people because they are too lazy to care. fact.

Conclusion: lost cause

Sometimes you get fail players. To the point that you'd want them leeching rather than play (and generate free points for your opponents).

...so, not too fussed about leechers. For the Armada!

Keep reporting. I constantly report leechers and botters, if I get dishonorable, then so what. I did my job by reporting them and hopefully encouraged others to report them as well.

I'm not sure what to say because most of the time I do PvP I use a monk suicide build for the lulz.
