thats why you use it when you see they want to unload a chain on a target. moreover , ra consists mostly of nabs so it greatly speeds things up while it still helps keeping nasty physicals under control even vs a better team.

Faint is useless against sins.

I like to run CE / IP / defile / rip. You can rip + CE attunements / aura strait away from eles, IP is good for sins and axe warriors and when you play against hammer warriors you pretty much add enfeeble onto your bar for free.
