Default So... About HA....

I haven't actually played in quite a while. (started in 2006, 3600 hours..kind stopped around 2009 for the most part. ) Been hopping back on though for nostalgia purposes in preparation for GW2....

It has saddened me to see that it seems that HA is completely dead. I've traveled there and checked out all of the districts at different times of the day to see if I was just looking in the wrong time and place...

HA was probably the most fun I've had in GW with my gaming buddies. Maybe we should organize an event (before or after the GW2 beta this coming weekend) to get HA rolling for at least another night...

Even if we had, say, 16 people, that would mean quite a lot of HoH chest farming... With that little of competition, everyone participating would be guaranteed a good amount of loot from the chest... Just think! You might get yourself a Crystalline 0.o.

So does this sound like a decent idea, or am I blowing smoke out my ass?

It's a great idea but there isn't enough interest. I'm pretty sure you would need at least 24 people as well.

Have you tried international dis? I haven't been there in ages due to it being dead but I think that's where everyone chills, or did at least.

Euro times, zquest days on euro times, and euro weekend times aren't dead. check the international district at those times and you should be able to see a few high rank req groups

American, on the other hand, is completely dead.

Good intentions, but it's not going to work because you really need a lot of players to be able to do something in the place.
You need at least 18 players( 6+2 henchs vs 6+2 henchs in uw, 6 + 2 henchs in halls), and even that's not really going far and noone can do anything if one among those 16 decides to leave.Let's say you would need 5 parties maybe, so that's 30 players, which is quite a lot .

An other problem is that HA today consists of 2 guild teams of r11-12 players playing 24/7. Is there really a point trying to beat those teams with pugs ? Probably not . I tried to do the same in codex district one( when it was completly inactive, without bots/syncs, etc..). I managed to find 24 players if i remember well( so that's 6 teams
), but unfortunately, i saw 2 guild teams coming that just wanted to farm us ..

What i want to mean is that the idea is good, but you need a lot of players to expect fun at least..
