Erm.... why delete my post, I never mentioned GvG or had a bitch fight.

As for that build, if it's not made for damage, why all the skills that do damage, if your looking for shut down, there is better, even though that side of deadly arts is never looked at.

It's a mix build. I want a build that does some decent damage (can kill something) while can still support my monks. Hidden Caltrops is a really good snare you know

oops my bad, its 15 DA 13 SA, 550 hp. If you don't spam, energy will not be a problem.
Like I said, its a fun build. If you want to score easy kills and no fun, then run this:

I'd drop shameful fear for DP in that first build, and replace glyph with some other energy management. Don't know what since you don't have any points left to invest in inspiration.

Ok, another dogcrap build I've been prating around with recently

Echo Domination Mesmer.

[skill]echo[/skill][skill]power leak[/skill][skill]shatter enchantment[/skill][skill]shame[/skill][skill]diversion[/skill][skill]power drain[/skill][skill]drain enchantment[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

Domination - 14
Inspiration - 11
Fast Casting - 9

Survivor Insignia.
40/40 HRT domination wand and focus at the least.

Ok, it's just like any other dom build but with crappy Echo as the elite, simply echo the skill you want to use more of. You'd be suprised how many monks can fall for double shame, or how much energy you can shred with double power leak. Oh, and I'm sure Echoing Res sig has it's good points, albiet niche.

Optional skills include:

Blackout - because Echo blackout is pwnage.
Res chant.

The only advantage I can think of is the ability to pull GoS echo'ed diversions. Of course, you could also put glyph of lesser energy and echo that for unlimited energy if you ever need it.

One of my favorite spells in the game: WoR

Weapon Of Remedy {E}
Spirit Light
Mend Body and Soul
Ancestor's Rage
Essence Strike
Blood Song
Destruction
Res Sig/Flesh of my flesh/Gaze of Fury

12+1+3 Restoration
12+1 Channeling
3 Spawning

Spam essence strike as much as possible for e-management. With 16 restoration, ur WoR steals 79 life. A sup rune for restoration is my preference.. although u can use a minor rest. rune if u want.

That's a build we used to run in gvg like 6 months ago. It's fun.

Man, it's RA and rits are the favorite snack second only to monk. That build is cute in organized team but not in RA.

If you don't have a monk, you're going to die. That's true. Using ancestor's rage on yourself when you're being focused on is cute though. It hits for like 180 in frenzy and ~110 on sins. And you can just kite.

best Monk build for RA, even better than ZB lmho

And I fail to see how LOD can be good in RA or TA, not even think about how it can be better than ZB. Can you explain? 0-0

11-10-10 split works best.
LoD is great in arenas for the same reasons its great in GvG. 4 players is still enough to make a lot out of LoD...
1 of the biggest advantages of this build is that it only has 5 energy skills. that's the main problem with ZB and a lone monk. it uses at least 2 10 energy skills, ZB and usually SB
also the 10 energy required for ZB makes it unavailable when needed too many times to my liking.

No. First, you aren't going to be really getting that many good triggers of 3+ people in arenas and you lack the really big single-target healing power that you NEED in 4v4. Second, if you can't use 10e skills well then you suck, if you can't get enough out of SBs to warrant the 10 energy, then you aren't using it right. Third, learn to weapon swap and you will never not have the 10 energy for ZB unless you're bottomed out in your high set (in which case you're dead either way).
