Easy stuff.

I think Olle was talking about Duncan, not Forgewight.

On topic : you can flag your heroes back, get Prot Spirit (or drop a Shelter) and go take the heat alone, which takes away some of the massive AoE spells. Then engage the mob with your full party. Once SH is on recharge, the only real threat is Searing Flames, which shouldn't be able to kill you whole group.

Alternatively, you can usually bodyblock some mobs against a wall, or at least ball them together. It's not always easy, especially in the last part, but even blocking a part of the mob will help.
Pain Inverter is nice here, although not mandatory.

You don't need any special teambuild ; a ST rit is useful, and a Panic mes if you like balling stuff.

Pre Bosses should not be a problem. You can do them in NM.
Duncan HM is not as hard as some people think.
At first, it's really easy if u use Swap (as alrdy told). First try to kill all Pop-Ups near Duncan. After that swap all Ghosts away from him. You can protect yourself by using a ST Rit. This one is the main protection in your team. You dont need any other prot.
After you swaped all ghosts out of duncan range, try to flag your heros to "smart" positions. ST Rit just uses prot-skills so he deal just auto-attack dmg, which is very less. Take the ST Rit as one of the first three heros you take to solo-flag him out of duncan range. I had one problem lasttime doing duncan with heros. The St was notusing Shelter on his own so i manually used it.
Another usefull hero is a UA Heal Monk. Flag him out of duncan range like ST Hero.
Another hint: Try to avoid AoE Damage like RoJ. Ducan will kite out of that and may get in range of your ST and UA. MM is useless. No corps at duncan and minions die to fast. Use SS, Spoil Vigor and stuff like that. You dont really need knockdown for him. Not pretty sure if blinds work on duncan but Inept will help to get to duncan.

Your team constellation can look like that:

Player Any/A with Swap (any random damage build will work, but avoid melee range to keep a greater ranger between duncan and ST/UA)
ST Rit
UA Monk
SS Nec (Use N/P with Cant Touch This!)
Spoil Vigor Nec/Rit with some Restore Skills
BiP Nec/Rit with some Restore Skills (i love to have no energy problems)
Panic Mes
Inept Mes

I alrdy used this team constellation and it works pretty well. Just avoid over aggroing on the way to duncan.
