The only thing i use for hard bosses like that is keep protective spirit on yourself and take all the aggro (keep team/hench/heros out of range) and walk back towards your group slowly until they engage, by that time the mob is fully aggroed on you and your team can own em!

Thats what worked for me for that boss.

How do heroes use Spirit Bond? Is it like Protective Spirit, spammed on everyone below 90% health? Or do they actually use it on people consistently getting hit for 60+ damage?

Quick props to Sab, just now (finally) got the Sabway build on my necros, yeah it's awesome. went through the ring of fire missions, went to defeat the lich lord and wondered if i could ignore the Fists of Titans and still win...almost did, had like 10 of them attacking all at once and still was doing some major damage to teh Lich lord...killed him 4 times, too :P

SoR, Prot Spirit, and Spirit Bond, are all used on stuff below 90%. A hero will cast all 3 if the target isn't healed in time - hard even on a necro's energy, so I only use 2 when I use an N/Mo prot. For a primary monk, you only want one of those on their bar.

Random note.....Blood ritual dropped to 5e in today's update....definitely putting it on an order's hero.

My Olias MM has developed a sick sense of humor lately. In several dungeon crawls when things have gotten getting crazy, he has started to Poison Nova me instead of Protective Spirit. Bastard!

Well iv been using these builds for my Vanquisher title and it works well in Ascalon until the Grawl healers come, then they just use Healing Hands and Heal other.....

Just find a way to daze the healers and then get the minions on them. there is a Asuran skill which dazes as long as its not a boss. Id recommend that.

The sabway is really nice working in Tyria HM..but in EotN or Factions it's kinda hard to survive.

I picked the three necros, one NPC monk and I am a HB heal party monk...but somehow we are taking massive dmg and 3 (!) healers aren't able to outheal..

Sometimes a good defense is a good offense (whoops, cliche) but seriously, you're going to need more firepower than that.
