what build would i have to run on a warrior to get discord to work. im running d-slash sy right now but i wont have any aoe hexes, any ideas?

Racway is more suited for physical types, but that's my opinion.

[dismember][agonizing chop][executioner's strike][swift chop][flail][enraging charge] + whatever, usually res
Elite can be anything, I like eviscerate.

Can you run discordway with a DSlash Warrior? Yes, but not much synergy though. If you do decide to do so, try to bring some condition skills and bring [[Splinter Weapon] on one of your heroes.

But I would try something like this build and see if that works well enough:

You can always run something like this:

[assassin's promise] [you move like a dwarf] [Knee Cutter] [finish him] [save yourselves] [FGJ] [enduring toxin] [Sever Artery]

17 energy from AP and a knee cutter now and then should get you through most mobs. You can always resort to a staff if you wanna get a AP on a low HP foe to get your energy back up.

[Enduring Toxin] can be used as cheap & fast cover up hex or extra trigger if your AP chain got screwed.

It's not the most fun or best thought out build but it should work (correct me if I am wrong).

Rac's way would be my first priority choice as well though. Kills fast enough and has more hard armor targets then the necros.

Racway is MUCH better for a War then discordway because you won't have to handicap yourself (bye-bye DSlash) and you synergize with them. timebandits build should work but it's not nearly as efficient as Godmode.

You'll still clear groups faster with Discord, an enemy dies every ~6 seconds, synergy just means that your builds cooperate, it doesn't make them grandly powerful. That being said, they're both absurdly overpowered and it doesn't really matter.

I run:

Flail
Sever Artery
Gash
Sun and Moon Slash
"Save Yourselves!"
"For Great Justice!"

Try to hit the 15e breakpoint on AP then max sword.
