Do you mean any offensive build, or something other than the standard Panic/Ineptitude builds on PvX?
Offensive mainly against casters (Domination), or melee (Illusion), or just Fast Casting Ele/Necro etc?

anything other than panic or any other builds on pvx, if you can throw me one against caster and melee that'll be great.

Not sure there's any decent build that does it all, it's usually either melee shutdown, caster hate, or fast casting offensive spells. I'd probably go something along:

1. Illusion Mesmer with Psychic Instability and Arcane Conundrum + Earthbind on either mesmer or another hero. Ball up foes nearby when pulling, Knock Down 4 seconds and unleash a flurry of AE. An AE snare might be good.

2. Shared Burden for slowing attack/spells/movements by 50%, interrupts for shutting down healers or any foe with hex removal skills. Melee at 50% speed/attack for ~20 seconds while you take out casters shouldn't be much of a threat.

Well then...I'ml not even going to try. All the best mesmer offensive player builds are on PvX in some form.
